After a few bad experiences lately with missguided customer service and delivery I decided to order a few basic dresses, they are reasonably priced and average quality just for fashion pieces that you know you will only wear a few times. So after complaining to them about my last order (next day delivery) arrived 5 days later!!!!! I placed an order, had a text saying out for delivery.. Shock never came. On the tracking says delivered 11am.. I waited in all day and know was downstairs all morning. Either complete liars at the delivery company or couldn't be bothered to walk up steps. Emailed missguided but after past experiences know this is a waste of time. Save your money and use a company like river island or topshop who actually care about their customers!!!!

I returned a jumpsuit because it was too small the bust was too reaveling and didn't seem this on pictures however I got notified that my returned parcel was received and they would refund me £16.50 when the jumpsuit was £19 they told me it was an adjustment fee of £2.50. I dont think so. Its a return whats that all about. I had no previous problem with returns and wasn't aware of this fee so im really disappointed.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR A REFUND !!!!! I EMAILED, I HAVE USED THEIR TWITTER HELP LINE I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I am appalled at the service. I ordered a swimming costume and sunglasses for next day delivery. I waited in all day for the delivery and it never showed I emailed Missguided and they said they had for some reason been returned to the depo Mistakes happen, I get that so I politely emailed them asking them to resend the package next day delivery I then received an email back stating that the £22 swimming costume was now out of stock so they couldn't send it so they would refund me £19.50 as I'd been charged an adjustment fee of £2.50 I fail to see why I'M being charged an adjustment fee when all I wanted was the products. I have asked for a full refund including delivery which I will probably not get. The customer service emails are also very patronising. Safe to say I will never be using Missguided again. Totally not worth the hassle especially when you're relying on something coming on a specific date.

If there was no stars I would tick that. Awful service! Ordered next day delivery Monday and it's still not here. The customer service team have made no effort to try and help the situation and have no responded to any emails. Disgusting service. Won't order from here again.. I'll stick to new look, at least the deliver on the day they said they would!

I have been trying for a month now to get a refund for an item I bought in December. I did receive it on time however, they sent the wrong item. One would think since this is a mistake on their part that you would easily return it and get a refund. NOPE! I'm still trying. All I get getting is a run around from their chat service and their stupid emailing service. First I did not get a return label so I had to pay for it to get sent back. Then they said they can't give me the amount I paid for shipping originally because they had to send it to me. At this point I would just like someone to reply email. And of course get my money I paid for the item. Its not my fault they are screw ups. I shouldn't have to pay for that. They should. Its called training employees.

The clothes are always very beautiful and on trend, yet the delivery and customer service is awful. My clothes didn't arrive, even when it was next day delivery and so the event came and went and I couldn't wear them. I then find out your charged to return the items! They offered me 10% off my next shop with them, but I don't think I want to shop with them again. I would rather they accept my returns free of charge, and provide me with some compensation for the mistake :( Feel disappointed with the service, and with so many reviews re. bad delivery you would think they would have changed the way the delivery system works! Real shame they don't have a better system in place. They need to read 5* Customer Service by Michael Heppell. He would have a field day with this kind of thing!

Terrible!!! Ordered two dressed they arrived with the time frame it said but they were too small so sent them back the same day in the packaging it came in. A week later I get a email saying I can't get a refund because the dresses are damaged and unsalable!! There's nothing wrong with the dressed! Con artists these people! So I lost out on £60 for the dressed which I went sent back that didn't fit, also the £4.50 I payed to post them back to them. Do not buy off miss guided if your clothes don't fit you won't get a refund!!

Missguided customer service is a disgrace!!! This is the first time I have used them and it will be the last I will tell my friends & family not to use them. I ordered my item on Friday for a Sunday delivery on Monday I still didn't receive my item I had emailed in they said it had been dispatched and I should have it. This was not the case!! I didn't even receive a note from the corier to say had been on that he had left it next door nothing!!! I have been in touch with them and there lack of empathy is degrading the email was just a generic one but this isn't acceptable. I now have to follow the protocol which is understandable but I want compensating for my wasted time. They are so slack it's untrue. Misguiding people with information

After seeing multiple bad reviews about missguided all over the internet, I still thought I'd give them a try and hoped my experience would be better. Bad idea. I ordered my skirt on Sunday night before 9pm so it was definitely able to be delivered the next day. I paid the expensive £5 charge for next day delivery and was excited to receive my item. However, today I received an email saying that someone attempted to deliver my order but apparently "nobody was home to receive the order", even though every member of my family was in at the time - a blatant lie. From the looks of things, many other customers have had a similar experience with missguided's "next day" delivery service. Very disappointing that the company is unprincipled enough to lie. After reading many other's experiences, I'm not optimistic that my package will come in the next few days either. Disgraceful that they are charging £5 when they can not even be bothered to deliver what people are paying for.

Awful awful service! I am hugely disapointed with the Missguided service, if you can call it that. I would recommend that no one uses it. I ordered from them as they were offering a free next day service if you spent over a certain amount, so I did.  I received a confirmation email to say my order has been processed. Nothing arrived and no one has emailed me since. There is no number to call to speak to anyone and I have sent Personal Messages to all their social media accounts to get an honest update of when I am actually going to receive my clothes that I have paid for and have heard nothing back I have still heard nothing other than received automated responses, which is infuriating. All I want to know is when I am going to receive the items and this is the minimum level of service I would expect when I have already paid for these items.  I really do not understand why companies offer services that they cannot deliver and are very happy to take money for goods they cannot provide. Its like paying at a restaurant and saying the food wont be ready for a week, but holding your money until then. They would not survive and neither should this business. Get your act together Missguided and tell me where the hell my clothes are!

really frustrating because most of the product is really nice - however the customer service and courier company just make this not worth it! I have ordered 4 times in the last month and paid for next day delivery - and every time they have been late at delivering. One instance I sat at home waiting and received an email saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel and I wasn't home! Another instance they took the first line off my address so couldn't deliver it! They have no contact numbers for the courier service nor customer care - forget it guys order off ASOS way way better customer care!

I ordered with missguided on Christmas Day using a code on the website. This code gave me money off my order. I recieved an email on the 26th saying my order was dispatched and on its way. This was good as I ordered in time for New Year's Eve! I then recieved an email on the 27th claiming that the discount code was wrong and they had cancelled my order and returned it to the warehouse. If they had explained to me, I would've paid the extra money they needed to that I could still have my items! Now, on the same day, I go to order the dresses again none of which are in my size! So without telling me they have already re sold my order! I'm absolutely livid!! It was their fault in the first place for getting the amount of the discount code wrong!!! My order was accepted and confirmed and on its way to me! It's disgusting that they cancelled it before even informing me of the situation! I'm now in an absolute mare over what I can wear for New Year's Eve and take on holiday with me! Absolute idiots.

I purchased dresses from misguided for a last minute party in October. I paid for next day delivery, that next day came and went with no sign of delivery. I was then told by 'customer service' there was a problem sourcing the dresses (good one you're a clothing company and that is your job to source the clothes to send)! Promised it would arrive, that day also came and went with no delivery. After this I then no longer needed the dresses as they arrived too late so I cancelled the order, then all of a sudden the next morning the dresses arrived. Needless to say this company is so poorly run the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and caused me so much hassle which just was not necessary. ( I was suspicious of the courier anyway as he was a random man in no uniform driving a banged up golf ). Due to my disappointment with misguided, they provided me with a gift voucher. For Christmas I thought I'd buy a dress. I purchased the dresses qualified for next day delivery. Received confirmation texts and emails the morning of the delivery to say it would be delivered that day. Granted we left the house a couple of hours however we have a safe place or neighbours which I had detailed on the order. The day also came and went with no sign that the parcel had even been attempted to be delivered anywhere. This is Saturday before Christmas. Emailing misguided customer service was useless as they gave me a response which did not answer my irritating question of where on earth was my parcel and why hadn't it been delivered. My parcel is then now having to be delivered to my house 3 days after the original delivery date (useless courier once again DX have no available dates before then) I will not be here and the courier is that ridiculous and do not use DPD or parcel force technique of leaving in a safe place or neighbour and request passports or proof that the person lives at that address! A member of my family is now having to stay in all day on the chosen day as they will not deliver without a signature and proof of my passport. I am disgusted with missguided and their chosen courier. I used their voucher from a very serious previous mess up in good faith hoping I would never be let down by them again but that was not to be. My advice , never ever use missguided. Every experience I have had has been horrific. Their dresses also look nothing like the photos on the website, they clearly shorten hems for all models as I am taller than some of the models and yet supposed 'mini' dresses are to my knees.

Shocking customer service. Think I have received replies off about 20 different advisors! Sent items back because they arrived 2 days late after paying for next day delivery. Was told I wouldn't get charged postage for return but received an email saying I had money deducted for returning!Then after saying you had processed a refund on about ten different occasions providing me with authorisation codes making me ring my bank I get an email to say that you had infact not processed the refund might I add with no apology for basically calling me a liar! There is absolutely no communication between your advisors!! Have to explain the situation over and over again and get the most unhelpful generic replies. Will not be shopping here again!

MissGuided is aload of crap! They NEVER delivered my parcel, blamed it on the courier and the courier blamed it on them! Tried for 5 days to track my parcel down and they were useless! Iv now had to ask for a full refund when I was just simply expecting a pair of jeans. They cannot be trusted! They also don't have a contact number where you can speak to someone on the phone. So if you do have a problem, you have to email them and wait for a reply. Never again will I be buying anything off there!

My item was totally different from the one I ordered. I bought a nice white dress and they had sent me this dress made for hookers! Nipples where showing from that dress and it was the ugliest dress EVER! Then I emailed them over ten times and I had sent the item back to them. It cost me 9eur to send it back and they were not willing to pay the postage costs even thought it was their mistake. It gets even better. Guess what I got for refund? I didn't get any of my money back that was 40eur, only a promo code?? Have been trying to contact them but every time they just response with copy pass text not giving me any answers. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK

I ordered three dresses, which not only arrived late, but the package contained a dress I hadn't ordered. After weeks of emailing back and forth with customer service, who were not understanding that I wanted the right dress sent to me (they kept saying they were re-dispatching a dress I already received), I was informed that the dress I originally wanted was out of stock. Abominable service, I never received the dress I wanted and I had to waste time mailing them their order back because they sent the wrong dress. I will not be ordering from them again. If you want good service, I recommend shopping from Asos instead.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Was informed my prom dress was going to be here in three days. its been three weeks and the day before,still not here. Now am left dressless will never be ordering from here again
