I ordered from missguided on the 30th November 2015 for next day delivery. It's now the 4th December! I wouldn't of selected next day delivery and be charged £5 if I wanted it later on! absolutely disgusting, I've emailed them multiple times and told me my order is on its way and been despatched, and yet still have no sign of it! never ordering from here again! poor customer service and customer promise!

Absolute disgusted with this company, never ever ever will i order from them again, ( and me and my girlfriends order ALOT of clothes online! ) neither will any of my friends, colleagues or family ever use your company! I have moaned that much, even they are sick of missguided now! After reading all the bad reviews online and twitter, i thought i would give missguided the benefit of the doubt! I spent £80 thursday the 26th nov for next day delivery, which was due on sat the 28th November. I received a tex and email at 7am on the 28th stating my parcel would be delivered that day....waited allday at home...no parcel. Logged onto the delivery company website called dx and they say the delivery was 'attempted' and 'unsuccessful' what a lie! I don't live in the middle of nowhere or in a flat, just a normal house with my house number clearly visible and a residential area. I emailed missguided sunday am the 29th asking what had happened....in return i got no apology, no help and a reply... 'your parcel will be with you soon' i emailed back saying i wasn't happy with this reply as i wanted next day delivery and i wanted to know when i would receive my parcel.....NO reply. The problem now being the address i gave for the saturday delivery was my home and i wouldn't be in during the week, if the parcel came...again another problem for re delivery. I then received another email a few hours later asking if i was satisfied with 'erins' reply to my email earlier that day....the girl that emailed me back was actually called 'anna'. Answer to that a big fat NO. I emailed the twitter misguided help, who were little more helpful to a very small degree, but still no joy, they asked me to ring the delivery company dx!! Bearing in mind i had to fit this around work and its costs to call them. dx informed me monday morning at 10am that the parcel was under 'investigation' most likely lost! I then again email misguided, no joy! apparently they are waiting for a phone call from dx. Misguided then asked me to call dx again, even though dx had asked me to contact misguided and that my parcel had been lost! honestly i give up, do you not listen to your customers???!!!! Have you seen these reviews and the twitter hate you are getting??? I then immediately asked misguided for a refund of my £80...in which i was told 'we would look into it'. Later in the day i received a email/tex from the delivery providers dx 'your parcel will be with you the 28th of november' bearing in mind the date was the 1st december! i contact dx delivery again who say they now have the parcel......yeah thanks missguided for the update by the way. i was offered the choice of delivery address, at it was now in the week, i gave them my work address which is 3 miles away. The unhappy woman on the phone said yes to my work address and the parcel will be with me the next day.....yeah right it came 2 days later! so i waited 7 days for a next day delivery! When opening the 3 items i purchased...they had sent me the incorrect top! I absolutely give up with you misguided! My colleague ordered from you a few weeks ago and had very similar problems. problems with the delivery and lies they had 'attempted to deliver' and she received a broken zip on her £40 dress! my father felt sorry for me and secretly re ordered my top i really wanted, he placed the order last night at 8pm and paid the £5 next day delivery and guess what....it hasn't come today! You should not get any custom! listen to your customers! You are quick enough to take out customers money, charge us for returns and take 10-14 days for refunds, and your customer service is appalling!!! everyone DO NOT even bother with missguided! They have to be the worst company i have ever dealt with! i have never had any problems with asos, boohoo, pretty little things etc. I am definitely sticking with them from now on!

I've order total of 7 items. Sub total was $265.20 but it was cyber Monday they were having some promotion going so after discount my Grand total turn out to be $185.64. After that I've received an email asking me to send them my photo id and my bill within the last 3 months as proof of address. But since i was not comfortable in sending MY PHOTO ID to some website online for such reason. So I decided to send them screenshots of my previous orders WITH THE SAME ADDRESS ON THERE to prove them that i am a return customer, i have order here before , hoping they would let it go but no! But what pissed me off even more is that they let so many people working on this ridiculous case so i got couple emails saying the same thing and is NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM FOR ME! I totally understand that it was for security purposes or if i have a bad record with them but are you kidding me? Over $200? And even after i proved to you that i am a return customer? Make me starting to think if they did that because of the promotion they had going on? And they trying to give people a hard time so that they wont loss as much profit? I never have such a hard time buying anything ever in my life. Even when i have to purchase my Christian Louboutin all the way in Hawaii they still dont ask for my ID! And im not they type to complaints or ever waste my time to go write a review. This have proof how upsetting i am.

So so so so so disappointed with the service man, it was frikking terrible!! I ordered from them on black friday and not only did they send the order out late (it was meant to be a guaranteed next day delivery) but they also missed out a 60 pound order in my parcel. You can't even bloody contact these guys via phone;only by email and over email, they're not helpful whatsoever. It has been like 4 days since I have been emailing them back and forth it is ridiculous man...the coat I ordered was present on my order...it's there on the online order history!!! but it wasn't even on the receipt man...then on the email they're like ''oh it will take us 5 days to contact the courier service''...IT'S NOT GOT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE COURIER...IT WAS ONE SINGLE PARCEL AND SOME IDIOT FROM YOUR COMPANY CLEARLY CAN'T PROCESS ORDERS IF THEY ARE MISSING OUT ITEMS....SOOOOOOO ANNOYED MAN! I feel like I am constantly talking to a wall!! NEVER EVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!

Their website is misleading and their customer service is non-existent. There is NO phone number to contact them, and email is the only way to talk to someone – and when they do respond, they are not helpful. Apparently, once a mistake is made, they say they cannot amend it, and you cannot cancel an order. I am a college student, and I was trying to buy sweaters for the winter. I couldn't find where to enter in my holiday discount code that would have saved me $80!!! I believe that was due to the browser I was using or a glitch in the website because later I figured out where it was in a different browser. However, I figured you just had to put your payment information in and it would be on the same page or following, I clicked "proceed," which means to move forward not confirm, and the order was placed. So I emailed them and told them I wanted the discount applied or the order cancelled immediately, and they said there was nothing they could do, I could only return the order once it arrives. I don't trust them to give me my money back when I go through that procedure, so I don't think there is anything I can do.

Thirst time buying. All I can say. Been disappointed 3/3 times since then. Worst delivery service. Never ever pay for next day delivery. All of my orders I paid for next day deliver however all items arrived after 3 days! Very unreadable. If anything choose Asos over missguided. Over 4 years customer and all delivered have been on time !

I ordered a khaki coat and the button was broken and the strings fell off, very terrible quality. Will not order AGAIN!!

overall poor poor service, third order in a month that I have ordered on next day delivery which did not arrive on time. I currently still do not have my third order although i received a dispatched email on the same day I ordered my items. A company should not offer a service that they cannot provide! #theliesmissguidedtells. where is my order? Their customer service is just as poor as their delivery service, they disregarded my emails and how dare you have a telephone number which redirects you the internet. #cowards

MISSGUIDED MORE LIKE MISGUIDED. I needed a dress for formal and found a really nice one on their website, paid $15 for next day delivery on the 5th of Nov (thurs), needed it by the 14th (next sat) which was reasonable since their express service was "2-4 business days" and i expected it would definitely come before friday. THIS IS A LIE. I only received my dress TODAY on the 17th of Nov, and i had paid $15 for "2-4 business day" delivery!! Not only was their postage handling abysmal, but the dress quality was also very bad and looked cheap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE as it sells overpriced clothing that are of bad quality AND they delay their parcels!!

I am from Canada so I paid $85 in customs for this $205 order. I ordered 6 items and express delivery. The delivery was good but the package contained only 1 of the 6 items. I have been trying to get in touch with them but they are so impersonal, I am pretty sure their email responses are automated. They dont have a phone number so I commented on their instagram page. Never again. Should have read all their bad reviews.

I ordered a dress paid for next day delivery £5.00 didn't come till the following day I wasn't happy because I was going out on Friday and received it till Saturday, the item doesn't look like the one in the picture the quality very poor and it didn't fit correct the top too small and the bottom too big "size 10" so I sent it back next day delivery and I got an email 3 days later saying they have received my Item and I will get refund in 4 -5 working days they not including £5.00 for the next day delivery I paid for and I didn't receive it the next day and taking as well £2.50 for some reason so I won't recommend it to anybody and I won't be ordering from them never again.!!

I ordered my items on the Sunday, expecting next day delivery. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received anything - yet I've been told my items have been dispatched. My advice to anyone would be do not order anything from Miss Guided - they are AWFUL!

Absolutely fuming. Before holiday I ordered over £70 worth of goods to ensure my next day delivery. These items were for my holiday. After not receiving them the next day I emailed them concerned. A different person emailed each time, and my repeated offer was 20% off my next shop... Rudely assuming I would bother again, even after filing it as a complaint. No one would say anything more than 'when you get an email saying its dispatched' it took FIVE days, I ended up having to drive to work to collect it the day of my holiday and was offered no compensation for distress or travel expenses to retrieve my items. I must have sent 15 ish emails with a repeated response that only annoyed me more. Recently I used their 20% off after thinking maybe it was a one off. Again, I spent more than £70 to get next day delivery this time for a birthday. Again, no delivery, it should have come yesterday and after emailing they simply repeated, 'it should be there tomorrow' ... It should have been here TODAY. I was then asked to wait until Monday - if it took longer email them. Monday is a week late. The cheek to ask me to wait until Monday, a week after 'guaranteed next day delivery'. Again I was merely offered 20% off my next shop. I will never shop there again because of the hassle to chase orders, the inconsiderate customer service and the lack of solution provided. Spend your money and hope for the best. The staff won't be able to help you with anything more than that. So disappointed and it's more than a few times, but the last two have really ruined it. Look after your customers or they won't come back.

This company is an absolute disgrace. I've had soo many poor experiences with this company but my last was by far the worst. As they expand as a company their customer service seems to be increasingly unreliable and frustrating. I made a large order and unfortunately when the items arrived they were of poor quality and were ill fitting so I returned it within the 14 days. However because of a delay on the courier's side it was delayed in being recieved at the missguided warehouse. So when they recieved it they sent it back to me as they assumed it was outside of the 14 days. Thankfully I kept my proof of postage so I was hoping for this to be resolved quickly. However it took numerous emails repeating myself continously. Eventually after about 6 emails from my part they realised the error and made arrangements for my refund once i sent the package back. I hadn't checked the parcel when they had returned it because I was no longer interested in the contents as I just wanted my refund. However when I opened the package to check the contents so I could return it, one of the items I had sent back wasn't in the package. I sent the package back and they refunded me minus that item. So essentially I paid £30 for a skirt they kept. I've never experienced such consistently bad customer service as I have with missguided. This is a company I will never support again. If your thinking of making an order beware because it's at your own risk!!

Ordered a pair of shoes on Sunday 8th November at around 11am. Paid for next day delivery, when it didn't come on Monday 9th November I emailed them only to be told 'your item will be received 11/11/2015' no apology, no explanation, no refund for next day delivery. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered an outfit on Friday with next day delivery as I needed it on the Saturday, it didn't come in time. However, my order now says it's complete and I'm yet to receive the goods. When I first spoke to them about the fact I hadn't received the goods the next day they promised me a refund on my delivery charge however I'm yet to receive this too. Worst online retailer with shocking customer service.

I placed an order on Thursday using the next day delivery option. Four days later it still has not arrived. My birthday is tomorrow and there is still no sign of a delivery and now I am without an outfit. I will warn against trusting their next day delivery option especially if you need something quickly. I've never had a problem with any other website regarding delivery as late as this. Whats worse is my delivery status has said dispatched and out for delivery for the last four days so that means nothing also! No one can update me. Very bad service from missguided
