“My item was faulty and i had not yet received a refund. I spoke to Emma on the online chat who refunded me in seconds. Great Service from Emma.”

“Find Missguided to be one of the best clothing brands for customer service, they are willing to help quickly and efficiently. Spoke with Lucy this morning about my order that was due on Friday but there had been some delivery address issues. She immediately resolved the issue for me without causing me any further delays. Great service and very friendly.”
