hi placed and order over a month ago and goods still not arrived - no emails no replies no refunds nothing - i think they must have gone out of business - they were happy to take my money would never ever use this company again or recommend it to anyone

I wouldn’t even waste your time ordering on this shame of a website... they make out they are refunding their customers and you don’t even get the amount sent back to your account... just fobbed off with poor customer services auto reply emails.. I will do everything in my power now to destroy this company by telling people to stay clear... nothing but con artists.

If I could give no star at all.... I would. I ordered an item since March 2020, nothing was received and they have refused to refund me. I have written several times asking for a refund which has been totally ignored. I have record of several email communication to shabby store and the last response stating that I will be refunded in 5 days. This was at the start of October. Today is the 31st October and nothing has been refunded. Please do not buy from this store!!!!!

I ordered a vase and some succulents in June. Not at any point did the website let me know that the vase was not currently it stock - only when the order came with just the succulents did I find this out. The vase, I was told, would come back in stock in October - they still took the payment back in June, and I am still (nearly November) without a vase and with no email to let me know when I can expect my delivery. The vase was expensive and I think this is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Do not use.

I ordered the Gold Elephants head back in early September. I contacted this company to be told that the item will be in stock Mid October. When I had had no furthur update from this company I phoned them only to be informed that the gold elephant wall mounting would not be in stock till early December . BUT THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING MID DECEMBER . Quick to take payment but not quick to send goods . Yes I am aware it was a preorder but does it really take up to MID DECEMBER go get my purchase . Appalling service . Been advised to contact Martin Lewis with regard to this as judging by reviews on here they dont seem in the least bit interested. Yes , I spoke to someone on the phone . Did she seem interested ? NO !!!

Cancelled my order due to it not being in stock in September . Still no refund . I’ve emailed loads , but they just keep saying it will be refunded by the end of the week. I had a funny feeling about ordering from them . Should have gone with that .

I ordered a an item from this company and was told by them it would be delayed for too long to br used as the intended gift. Good God! Trying to get my money back from these people was like trying to find lost Inca gold! Excuse after excuse after excuse. I eventually had to go through a recovery process to get it back - SIX WEEKS LATER!! Be very very wary if any dealings with them. They are really dishonest untrustworthy.

Very bad and pathetic service ! I ordered a pair of jewellery box in March 2020 , didn’t receive my delivery and been told because of COVID the delivery is delayed . Then after 5 months 4 and half weeks ago they said it will still take 4 weeks atleast and whether I want to wait if not , I emailed to them 4 weeks ago that please cancel my order and refund my money and it’s been 4 weeks now they didn’t even reply and not even refund my money . Must say extremely bad service and will not recommend to anyone . Very disappointing !

This company hold onto your money if the item you order is out of stock. I ordered some jars in August and have not had delivery of the goods and my attempts to get a refund via email & telephone have gone ignored. I am now pursuing this with my bank. Do not order from this company

Ordered a table weeks ago numerous emails phone calls only one response which said they would give me 10% refund as table delayed so far no refund no table and no contact dispute more emails being sent .wondering if they are closing 🤔

Made an order 19 days ago after winning a competition on insta gram.. no sign. Was told I’d be emailed within 24 hours with shipping info (excluding two items which are now out of stock!) I’m gathering because they’re taking so long! I’ve still heard nothing. So disappointed.

I am still waiting for an order to be delivered. I have emailed with no response and rung customer service who said they would ring me back with details of dispatch and that was 2 days ago! Still waiting for the call.

Ordered 2 Items in May 2020. Nothing was delivered after 1 month. Poor customer response. I allowed one more week and requested for refund as I no longer needed the items. They sent 1 item immediately eventhough I asked them not to and told me that the other item is no longer available after 2months wait and informed me that It will be refunded. It's now 10th September 2020 and I still have not received my refund. Stay away from this company . I want my money back!

Awful Awful Awful Customer Service, products are great, IIIIFFFFF you ever receive them. They wont communicate with you, will fail on delivery multiple times, wont give you a refund. Simply do not order from this company!!

I have ordered a bom bom jar back on the 19th of May we are now in September still haven't heard anything about my jar I have paid for it just so disappointed with this company altogether I will never order anything I think it's disrespectful to the customers I have asked for a refund hopefully I don't need to be calling very very disappointed

Please do not order from this website. I have not received my order for around a month and no communication. The phone line is dead and office is closed. This company doesn’t appear to be running anymore and have left their website open for orders.
