Ended up cancelling an order but seems whilst they are quick in taking your money they are very reluctant to return it. How difficult is it to initiate a refund? They will probably reply here to say they are in communication however actions speak louder than words!

order some cushions nearly 3 weeks ago!!! emailed to see where they are promised delivery would be Friday it is now Saturday no delivery no dispatch email and no response to my last email about where my order is???? Absolute JOKE!

Ordered stuff on 7th June, when i chased a month later 0they said end of July so chased again beginning of August as no update provided and told middle of September. I am currently attempting to get a refund. Do not order from these people.

Terrible company Their system allows you to order goods even if they are out of stock!! I placed an order, Shabbystore took the money, but my order did not arrive. I sent several emails, customer service was terrible, eventually after a huge fight I got my money back. I definitely would NOT recommend this terrible company. Other retailers label items out of stock on their websites, Shabbystore do not.

😡😡😡😡Extreme scam site!!! Order places on April, we are at the end of july and still nothing... After a refund request no more reponse !!! If you have not yet ordered flee quickly !!!!!!

I ordered about £800 worth of items in May. I was told it would be delivered in June. It did not arrive. I then was told it was not in stock. I asked for a refund. I am still waiting on my refund almost 2 months later. Very disappointed!! Also very hard to get in touch with anyone for a reply.

Been waiting for my white boxes since February and still nothing. I've had no communication from the shabby store unless I email them. There was a promise of a refund for delivery for waiting so long even this hasn't happened. It's the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I'm currently still waiting 5 months in yet i saw on Instagram yesterday somebody received the exact same product that i ordered. So what has happened to mine!

I have found it ridiculously frustrating trying to communicate with this company. For a few weeks I have been trying to find out a simple question about the height of a chair and no-one seems to be able to answer. Also asked for price match as advertised on their site but got no response. Hiding behind the Covid-19 disaster is not an excuse for Shabby customer service.

Terribly shabby service. Order was not as expected so the agreed to give me a refund. Item was sent back via DPD. No response in my refund after chasing many times. Had to raise with PayPal to get the refund. Stay away from ordering from this company. It’s not exactly cheap goods that you can afford to just write off especially during these challenging times. One sentence sums it up... Shabby by name - shabby by nature.

Absolutely shocking service!! Placed my order on 18th April for 2 different jars, one was in stock, and the other was a back order to be due beginning of May. Long story short, I had to keep chasing for both jars as there was ZERO communication regarding the status of my order. After being responded to with the same answer “this is delayed” over and over again, I eventually received my back order jar and still have not received the one that was in stock?!? Since then they have agreed to cancel and Refund me this, HOWEVER.. I’ve emailed AGAIN as they have still not sent me my Money! Has this been “delayed” also? Over and over? Don’t believe their response to other reviews regarding their refund timescale. It’s a LIE. I had to opened a case with PayPal for my money back as they no longer responded to my emails regarding my money.

Stay away!!First time dealing with this company and super fed up. They did not have the item in the stock yet they sold it to me beginning of June. It’s mid-July and I’m still waiting for my refund. Yasmin supposedly requested it for me but still nothing and she doesn’t respond to her email. It’s not worth the headache so I wouldn’t bother with this company if I were you.

Deliveries haven’t arrived. Only automated email system and no one replies . Phoning bank today to cancel my payment. They advertise stock that they don’t have .

I dont usually write negative things. I always speak to company first but this was ridiculous. Waited over 7 months for my order of two white boxes. Every month the pre order date changed online since November 2019 now its due August no doubt it will change again. Got my money back because I paid via Klarna. I will never order from this company again but hope they get their act together. Its a shame so many people have experienced the same thing because the goods are lovely but dont seem to exist. If you do order at Shabby I hope you get your goods. Pay using Klarna it might help you get your money back if you need to.

The worst company ever! Ordered 2 items from them 4 weeks later I chased the order up someone said order was being despatched tomorrow. Then had another email the next day to say order was out of stock and will be back in stock in August! I said ok not happy but just arrange refund. No refund arranged. Then 7 weeks later still chasing refund no response! Week 8 I have a delivery from them! Absolutely shocking will never ever order again and will tell everyone to avoid. Now I have to find time to return the goods because I refuse to keep them I just wanted a refund!!!

I placed an order in Jan and up until this day have not received my order. Extremely poor customer service at no point was I informed that there will be a delay in receiving my item. I understand due to COVID-19 it’s unprecedented times, but a courtesy email would have been appreciated. I was looking forward to receiving my items and displaying them in my house. It’s a total shame I have had to wait 7 months and due to the lack of communication have to request a refund.

One word, run away... it s the worst organisation that I never seen before. I ordered on the 24th April and I still didn’t receive anything. when I asked for information about my order they told me they didn’t receive there stock!!!! I don’t understand how you can take money for something That you don’t have on stock!!! After that I send another email to know where is my order they reply that I will receive it no later than the 19th June, I still didn’t receive anything. since, I am asking for refund but no reply. This website is a big scam.....

Please do not order from this company. I Placed an order on the 2nd April for £628. I have still not received my order 11 weeks later therefore, I asked to cancel my order and receive a full refund. My emails are now being ignored and still no refund or items.
