Ordered a Chair on the 26th May, confirmed that it would be delivered in 15 working days. Delivery expected in August!! so I asked to cancel the order on the 11th June and it was confirmed, I would be getting a refund, it’s been sent to the accounts department, unfortunately no response since. Still waiting for my refund....21st June

Please could someone respond to me about my refund against an order you failed to deliver? I have asked for your complaints procedure so I can try and follow this but no-one is responding to me.

Ordered 21 May. Just says standard delivery and 'You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. I find in small print later it is 10 days so presumably comes from the factory in China. No comms back and today is 9/6; 12th working day. They obviously don't advise the customer when there are shipping delays and don't care that they don't. In the meantime, they send lots of marketing emails. On this review page they say 'average delivery time Next Day'. Shabby.

I placed an order and 1 month later haven’t received it and when emailed to ask progress of this I was always told it would be dispatched the following week!

I ordered Gold Leaf next of Tables on 12th May, still waiting for delivery. Only 1 Email after I sent 2 emails saying delayed stock. Items were not cheap £137.50, took money but no goods, bad service so far, not happy.

I ordered a wall clock in April with a delivery date of the end of April. Upto this day (03.06.2020) i haven't received the clock or any satisfactory explanation for the delay. I have written lots of emails and no one responds. I don't know what sort of an organisation that takes £250 from their customer and gives no update on the status of their order. Pathetic and disgusting service. Stay away from this shop!

Orders on 12th may gad to keep on emailing messages rang phone number Had 1 email back saying there was a delay with suppliers which in fair enough with currant pandemic would be sent out the following week. 10 go by very poor customer service( I work in customer service) I’ve had to keep on to them. The good look lovely and was so looking forward to them but I’m afraid I won’t order again.

Order with caution ... I have outstanding items from an order placed nearly 2 months ago. The items are still online and are not showing as out of stock ... their customer service is appalling. You have to constantly chase as no one gets back to you and when they do it’s just lies!

Ordered my item over 2 months ago. Have repeatedly been told that item will be delivered the following week. Yet still nothing. Communication throughout the process has been poor - often get a reply a week a later. Offered to refund my delivery over 2 weeks ago and still not had this. Have asked for a full refund. Not worth it.

I've not received my order even though is is now ten working days. I have been advised by email that they now have no stock. How can you sell something when you have no stock? and take payment when you don't even have the stock to send out. I can't speak to anybody by phone, it is just an email, and when you send an email you get a response back saying that it will take between 24 and 48 hours for a response. It's disgusting.

No delivery weeks later!!! Was told I would get a delivery charge refund, still nothing, now there are no replies to my emails, worst customer service ever, will never order from here again!! You would think with so many complaints they would have done something about it by now!!

Absolutely shocking service from this company. I will never ever order again. It's taken over a month to get a refund and all I get told is wait another 24 hours. For such a small business this should not be an issue. Regardless of the current situation, waiting this long is now unacceptable! No doubt the refund will be wrong and fail to refund me the postage too as the item never even got dispatched. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Extremely disappointed by the shabby store. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I have been waiting for an expensive item for now over 5 months!! I ordered early Jan. Yes 5 months - I think I have been extremely patient... Still no item and no refund. I have chased the item numerous times, each time being told they are having trouble with suppliers and told it would be dispatched soon. When I ordered the item it was in stock on their website!? And was expecting it straight the way. If I’d of known there was going to be a wait I wouldn’t have ordered. I feel they are greedy and take money before they know when or how they will get new stock without telling the client. They have blamed Coronavirus however I ordered months before the virus affected the uk. I was told in one of my many emails I would receive a refund for my postage to say sorry for the long wait. That was over two months ago. Still no refund. I have been told in my most recent email to wait until July! This will be 7 months after ordering. I will have changed my decor by the time this actually turns up (if ever). I will not be buying from them again and will be telling everyone who will listen not to buy from them.

I placed an order with Shabby Store after I saw their ads online. I was told delivery was Mid May but I didn’t receive any delivery so I sent them an email and they told me my order will be shipped the following week and when I got my delivery the most important item which was the white piercing Jar was missing so when I contacted them again I was told due Corona Virus the Supplier was not able to meet their demand but Why was I not notified that the Jar was not included and they asked me to wait for another 2weeks at this point I just want my money back. I was told again the account department will reimburse me but am still waiting. This is my first experience with Shabby and it will definitely be the last . Now I see justification for all the bad reviews. Still waiting for my money back.

The deliveries of the jars were slightly set back due to on-going issues caused by Coronavirus, the jar you have ordered would have been shipped separately for you as soon as it arrived into stock. I’m also sorry for the delay on receiving your refund, we are currently working with a reduced team due to Covid, and everyone is doing their best to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. We are a small business and we are working around the clock to try and ensure all issues are resolved during this difficult period.

Ordered before lockdown, items were meant to arrive before lockdown, items didn’t but was assured that items were succoured ready, these items still shown in stock online, now not in stock till July “what happened to my jar sat there with my name on it??” Mirror not sent separate even though shown in stock... refund asked for now 3 times, it’s now being processed priority 24 hours, yep 5 days on still sat here waiting for the email let alone the money... I fully appreciate the situation at the moment and it’s hard but this company is willing to take peoples money with actually no clue if they can supply the goods and will carry on doin so AVOID AT LEAST FOR NOW

I placed my order on April 6th and the order has still not arrived. I have emailed the customer service team on a number of occasions and have been told that the items would be in next week. I have been told "next week" for over a month now and still nothing has arrived. I am not prepared to wait any longer as it's getting ridiculous, even with the current situation. I have now cancelled my order and have requested a refund, but I am STILL waiting for a response from the customer service team. The Shabby Store has some beautiful items for the home but, due to my experience with my first order with them, I will definitely not be ordering from this site again.

Because I questioned my order and wrote a bad review Aaron cancelled the order I’ve waited for for 2 months and refunded. Arrogant and lacks customer focus!

Hi. We do have a standard 10 working day delivery timeframe on all orders, this is however extended at the moment due to on-going delivery issues caused by Coronavirus. This is all clearly outlined on our website. Regards, Aaron
