I placed an order on 8th March 2020, for the amount of £505.75. On the 9th March I was told most of my order was out of stock and they had no idea when the remainder would be available. It was agreed that I would receive a refund. After 3 weeks I still hadn’t received my refund, I telephoned and miraculously I got through and spoke to a lady called Leah. Leah was apologetic and said she didn’t understand why I hadn’t received my refund and said it was her female manager who had originally authorised it. She was going to raise this as a priority with her other manager (male) and I would receive it ASAP. It is now the 15th April and I still haven’t received my refund. I have left numerous voicemails and written to this company to no avail. I would strongly urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to do so with extreme caution as their customer service is absolutely appalling.

Still no joy I purchased a chesterfield stool £138 Two wk later got a e mail it’s delayed due to the virus Did not know when this order could be actioned I asked for my money back so many times to no avail Wks went by I’m retired in my sixties I myself have worked in flag ship stores as a manger I have never in 40 yrs experienced in retail had such poor service They do not communicate with you Take orders but don’t action them Don’t give refunds They say they a family business well they should come together to discuss the poor reviews and regular team talks to come to a plan how they can retrieve some good service and feedback So so disappointed as I liked many items to purchase but not risking it again We all all struggling with this virus it’s effecting every one But as a business you should behave like one I cannot imagine my staff ever behave like this Very sad and believe you wont trade for much longer with this service Wish you luck for the future But my advice would be close the doors

Ordered the white boxes in November still haven’t received them numerous emails later and still no further forward, terrible customer care, I notice they are still selling these boxes with a pre order for May dispatch if I’m lucky enough which I doubt to receive mine in May then I will have waited 7 1/2 months which is ridiculous 😡

Like many reviews I placed an order in January and after numerous emails and promises of a refund I’ve had to get my bank to try and recover my money. I have never experience such a low level or service from any other company.

Absolutely furious. I placed an order weeks ago and since the order confirmation, have heard nothing. I have called, emailed and left messages on facebook. NOT ONE RESPONSE!!!!! DISGUSTING service.

Ordered items in November for early Jan delivery. Received an email to say order delayed until Feb and would send me £10 voucher as an apology. No voucher received. Chased order in February, now told more delays until end of March. Asked to cancel order and refund. Told no problem, but chased refund 3 times now and no response. Will have to dispute it with credit card company? Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

I placed an order in January and I still haven't received it. Every time I call I am assured that I will recieve it the following week, this seems to be a standard response. I have been told numerous times that my delivery charge will be refunded but it hasn't. Sometimes when I call customer service the voicemail tells me to call back between Monday- Friday 9-5, even though I am calling between these times. This is extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise people to call and make sure the item they want is in stock before placing an order with them.

Order the white boxes last October and still haven't recieved them. I have to constantly chase and get promised that they will send them as soon as they're back in but still nothing. I have emailed for a refund now. I don't think this company should be allowed to advertise items that they clearly don't have in stock! Will not recommend this company.

I really never leave bad reviews as I completely understand that things happen outside of companies control but I have to say this is the worst online experience I have have had. I first placed my order for three items on 4th January and I am yet to receive my complete order. I have been sent an item I didn’t order and been told so many times the item I ordered would be despatched one date, which would then change to then change to another date. As of today I STILL have not received what I ordered and now they will no longer answer my calls or emails.

Table is over priced and only one photo displayed for the table I was interested in. I have seen this table a lot cheaper on another website and “it’s exactly the same table style and dimensions“

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in November last year and had to chase them up for part of my order. Another part of my order was meant to be delivered in January and I did not receive. I was informed that the products would be in February so I asked for a refund. This was 11 days ago and I have still not received my order. I am going to be taking this further and reporting this company. Never ever again will I order from this company

I ordered with this company in October last year the items were out of stock but never informed of this... I have spent more time chasing this company and as 2 weeks ago still had not received my items. I have now cancelled my order, I am now unfortunately trying to get my money back they owe me nearly £380!! Lucky for me I paid through PayPal who will be stepping in as of next week, if my money is not returned! This company lives upto its name “Shabby”

Awful Customer Service! My Item was out of stock (so really I shouldn’t have been given the option to buy the item) and 2 weeks later and I still have not been issued my refund even after my 5 calls 3 emails! Don’t waste your time!

It seems to be a theme from this company reading the reviews that items are ordered and then never show up or you end up waiting months. Ordered beginning of December, end of January now! Keep being told it'll be delivered end of next week and never is. I guess they import from somewhere like China via uk importer so when your product isn't on the shipment you end up waiting so long for the next delivery. If you need the items by a specific date I wouldn't rely on this company.

Not sure if this review will reach the website as it might get deleted like my Instagram comment. Unfortunately very poor customer service no communication at all. Currently on week 7 and still waiting on my orders. The products look lovely however I would never buy from this company again due to the constant emailing and phoning to find out where my orders were (one of which was a Christmas present that was ordered 3 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Hopefully I will receive my products next week having been told yet again problems with the supplier. If this company responded efficiently and honestly on how long my orders would take I would not be writing this review however the constantly promises it will be arriving soon has has left me with no confidence in this company.

This company has no customer sevice to talk to ON THE PHONE we have bits of a consort table turning up think twice before using this company please as the delivery service also cant give you any updates / panther

Was told delivery company had collected my item, got a delivery slot from them , took a day off work, then got cancelled saying they haven’t got item! Shabby store said courier company collected it ! Who am I to believe ? One email from shabby store, one phone call but not replied to my two emails. now not till the new year Quick to taje my £280 !!
