Items are beautiful... & we absolutely love Shabby Store ... BUT the Website is HORRENDOUS!!! Looked up chairs we would like... but no mention of the fabric they are covered in other than its colour... but is it in cotton, linen, velvet??? Wanted button back chairs... refined the search & it gives only x10 options... far fewer options than if we hadn't filtered !!! ...why? Surely filtering is a tool to look quickly at items you want to choose from to purchase... All very very annoying & disappointing... & hinders ease of choosing & buying Such a shame

Ordered garden furniture, took them weeks to contact me to tell me it was out of stock and I have still not had a refund. Not impressed.

Ordered a console table on 24th Feb 2016 and delivery was meant to be 2-8 working days. Received an email confirming order but no further updates. Today is 9th March and still no delivery. Phoned last week and was told delivery on 7th March but nothing. Phoned on 8th March and was told they would look into it as they were not sure if the courier had attempted delivery or not- how can you not be sure. I was told u would hear back before the end of the day but heard nothing. This morning decided to cancel my order as I do not believe I will ever receive it. Very poor service. I am a homewear blogger and I buy a lot of furniture online and have never had such poor service from the likes of way fair/jossandmain etc . I will be doing a full review on my YouTube channel about this experience.

Terrible customer service. Tried emailing several times and only received one reply with no real explanation as to why they wouldn't fulfill my order. Would avoid this company at all costs!!!

Shocking. Three weeks after the order was placed, on my second occasion chasing I was told the item was not available. The first time I chased I was reassured that the item was due very soon - by someone who sounded like he had just woken up and could not be bothered to actually find out the situation. The second time I was told the truth by a girl who took the time to find out what was happening and apologised on the company's behalf. Even though a refund was promptly given, the order should not have even been accepted if it could not be supplied. I will avoid this company at all costs.

I would never purchase from this store again. The item I purchased was of poor quality, the wood cheap and customer service not customer friendly. I suggest also that as a buyer from an online company such as this you should be wary before buying as returns with this company are relatively costly. I would suggest buying from an online company that allows you to return items for free if you are not satisfied. I was very disappointed with the quality of my item and their customer service. Buyer beware.
