Still waiting for my small items to be delivered I ordered 4 weeks ago and items were ‘instock’. Awful service won’t be returning.

ordered a clock over a month ago clock not arrived. Poor customer service I keep being told I will receive an an email to arrange delivery still waiting . No response to emails. Have requested a refund still waiting

Still waiting for orders made on 9th dec was told would be in dec. but second order was made on29th November 3 items Both in stock. They do not answer phone And just say your delivery is been packed. Think they have gone bust

Well... were to start! Your item will never be delivered and you’ll only ever get into contact with one guy called peter who will tell you your item it going to be delivered and never will. Over a month for a £500 mirror and are basically telling me to cancel so they never really had the mirror to start as there supplier hasn’t delivered it to the warehouse!!! Avoid!!! I would hate to see someone lose that amount of money like me. I had to follow up nearly ever couple of days not once did they ring/email myself to let me know what was happened. There are plenty other interior stores out there please go with more reputable companies. I wish I bought it from John Lewis now.

No wonder called Shabby Store - it’s very shabby service . Broken mirror - promised refund and another one -guess what no refund and no mirror .Been waiting 2 months and they have our money . Would never buy from here again - beware of everything they say . Excuse after excuse . Customer service non existent . Will be requesting full refund and will source a more reputable company to deal with

Really disappointed by their customer service. Ordered something over two weeks ago, they put the wrong address on it and as yet I've still received nothing. The delivery company have been a far bigger help. They tried to send it to my house however the Shabby Store got it re-directed back to them. Unbelievable. Over two weeks, they have my money, I've no good and my emails aren't being responded to. Luckily I paid with PayPal, I'll be opening a dispute. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered items working days past and no delivery or email from site. Contacted them was told it would be delivered by 18th day which it wasn't but I was given a 10% refund I contacted them gain 19days after the order was still not sent and was told it was expected into the ware house by 2pm which ment in probably would of had to wait another two days for delivery as i live in Northern Ireland. When i telephoned to cancel the order no offer was made to try and keep my custom they were quite happy to give me a refund. Very disappointed in the service the delivery time of 6-12 days is ridiculous in this day and age of internet shopping i would not recommend using this site

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ordered items on 13th September. Received an email on the 18th to say my items were being picked and packaged and I’d receive a text from the courier when these had been collected. Almost a week later I never heard anything so contacted customer services who said my order would be collected the next day and would be with me within 48 hours at the very latest. Over 72 hours later still no correspondence from courier or no items. I have emailed customer services again a couple times and they just disregarded the emails.

Shocking! DO NOT RISK ORDERING FRIM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on 16th July, didn’t receive anything for a while so I chased it up to be told one item I ordered was out of stock and that’s what was holding it up...why wouldn’t they get in touch to let me know? Then I was told they wouldn’t be getting the item back in stock so I would get a refund (still waiting) they eventually sent the rest of the order but the ginger jar when it arrived was extremely poor quality, I sent photos to them and they agreed that I could return it and I wouldn’t have to pay for postage (how lovely after sending me a faulty item) I returned it weeks ago and have been emailing chasing them ever since for the refund for the faulty item and the one I didn’t receive...total joke! I didn’t want to write a bad review but feel I’ve given them more than enough chances to sort this out...why should I have to continually chase them...ridiculous!

I am still waiting for my refund for 2 returned damaged items, which have been confirmed as recieved by this store and twice promised a refund over the last 3 wks - which has still not been received.

I placed an order on 25th March for 3 items from Shabby Store. I received delivery of one of the items within a week which was fine but there was no sign of the other 2 items and no communication from them regarding this. After a phonecall to chase these up, I received an email telling me one of the items would be dispatched the following day and the other was not due in with them until 17th April. No issue with this at all. When the 2nd item arrived, it was of VERY poor quality - the paint was marked and had run, and the fixings were all discoloured. They replaced these after 10 days, again, which was fine. I waited for 2 weeks after the 17th April for the 3rd item to arrive but never heard from them so called to chase up. I made a futher 20 odd phone calls over the next 3 weeks and was told each time that my enquiry was marked as urgent and that someone would call me back. There was never anyone available that was in a position to help with online orders when I called. Not once did anyone have the courtesy to return my call. I did finally receive an email on 8th May to say the package would be dispatched the following day. A week later - still no package!! I eventually got a call back on the 16th May (from someone proporting to be the new owner) after I threatened to go to my bank and report them as a scam operation. I finally received the parcel on the 20th. After all of this hassle - 20 calls and at least 15 emails, I was offered a 15% discount on my next purchase. When I reminded the owner that a 15% discount is what they send several times a month to everyone on their mailing list, I was then (grudgingly) offered 20% (after waiting almost another week for the owner to reply to my email). I politely declined advising her that I'd take my business elsewhere and that her new business venture would be very shorted lived if this is how they treat their customers. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to avoid at all costs. Their customer service is non-existant, the items mostly come from Coach House (which is available from many other online retailers for similar prices) and, from what I've seen, their other items are of very poor quality. THE single worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I have really struggled with this store. I ordered an item online and payment was taken on the day. I waited an extra week after the expected time for shipping confirmation which I then had to chase up with 2 emails and phone calls (which go straight to answerphone and no one ever rang back after leaving my name and number 4 times in total during the process of trying to figure out where my order was). Finally got a response which gave me another date and then the order was still not delivered until a week later. The item arrived and was faulty (corner was broken off). Still awaiting my money back and collection of the faulty product. The whole process has been a nightmare and although the products are different and lovely, I wanted to warn people who might be spending a lot of money on this site of the problems I've encountered.

Ordered two items on the 12 October... three emails later and still no items and no response to the emails!! Re Order 145006217 - how can you run a business like this?! Absolutely disgusting.

Told product discontinued but I had received no notification of this. Didn't resend emails as requested. No call back as requested. Customer service really very poor indeed. Wouldn't trust another order to Shabby Store in future.

145006616 Ordered my item, my money was taken out of my account two days later. Twelve days later, item still hasnt arrived. I contacted Shabby store to inquire as to when I'd receive my item only to be told (two days later) that they'd delivered it and I'd signed for it! Not true! Show me who signed for it, when and where!!! I'm still waiting!!! I should of read the reviews on here before I committed to buy as I can ill afford to be out of pocket. I've requested a full refund and as yet have had no reply. I want my money back please! What's my next step?
