Absolutely DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would never order from here again. I received 3 glass & gold storage jars on the day they arrived I notice they were dented, scratched and marked so I IMMEDIATELY emailed shabby store to notify them of the issue. Had to wait a few days for a reply but thought I’d give them a few days due to Xmas. I got a reply which stated ‘they wanted to see some images’ which I then sent.. waited and waited no reply. So emailed again and again ... got a reply they would give me a small percentage of the total price back. I explained to them I wanted a refund and was well within my rights to do so.. STILL HAVE HAD NO REPLY after a further 4 emails . After 4 weeks the issue has not been resolved. It’s truly disgraceful a company with such a good ‘reputation’ are behaving in such a way and going against trading standards and the law for faulty items. PLEASE BE WARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY WHAT A TOTAL SCAM.

I was looking forward to receiving the pink velvet round chair however when it arrived it had a very noticeable black mark on the seat and the box was battered and split in places. Even though the mark is small it is still very noticeable, and for the price - not what you expect to receive. However this fault with the chair appears to have been done in the warehouse due to the way it was packaged. When I emailed to ask how to return for a full refund or how to exchange I was offered a 15% refund and to keep the chair. When I declined this and asked how to return for a full refund or exchange I got no further reply from Shabby Store. This was on the 21st January. I have since emailed twice regarding returning the chair as I do not want to miss the returns period however, I have still not received a reply. I waited almost two moths for my item to be delivered (I understand Covid can effect this) however I think my order was forgotten about as when I emailed asking where it was I eventually received my dispatch email. I am very disappointed at the customer service shown considering I was willing to exchange the product as I liked it, it was just a shame about the mark.

Not happy would not recommend them at all total rubbish. Take your money even though the items where out of stock and keep it for a month still not received a full refund🤦‍♀️

Whoever gives this company 5 stars must be getting paid to do so. My order still has not arrived a month later, they do not respond to emails . With what they charge for shipping the service is a disgrace. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews before I made my purchase.

I placed 2 orders the same day. The first order arrived after 1 month and only after I wrote to them asking why my order was not dispatched yet. I think they forgot my order. The second order has arrived after 2 months: one item was finished so they didn’t send it (they tell me that the item was finished after 6 weeks that I placed the order!) and one item arrived completely broken. This is disappointing.

Terrible company to deal with taken the money, ordered the items back in November, still waiting on items number of reason why my things haven’t arrived, COVID etc, finally receive confirmation of order arriving only 1 items turn up. I’m total fed up with this company with very poor customer services buyer beware

Shabby store, shabby service. This has been going on since early December my items have been delivered twice to the wrong address despite several phone calls to confirm the correct address. My items were due on 21/12/20, I was finally promised delivery for Monday 11th January a parcel arrived on Tuesday with only one of the three items, no explanation or message to say where the res was? Queries are not resolved in under an hour nor in the 24 hr email service standard. Think the lady on CS is very nice but not coping with the amount of work, phones are also down and have been now for 3 days I think. Definitely at least 2. All I want to know is where is the rest of my shipment and when will receive it. Live chat is also not available when I have tried.

I wrote on here 6 days ago re my order. I had an email apologising for delay on Monday saying be despatched within 48/72 hrs. Since then I have emailed several times as heard no more and no reply so far!. I’m thinking of asking for a refund as even with current situation I’ve not had this time delay with any other company. It’s not good enough and at least expect an honest response of the real delivery time.

First time and it will be really the last time I will order anything from this website! I have ordered some boxes back early November to be delivered to France ! I have paid the delivery and all ! I have sent several emails using Covid and Christmas as excuse. I sent a third or fourth email then they said items not is store and they will proceed only with 1 box ! I received a call from DHL today I have to pay 33.50 Euros extra for customs clearance !!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope is the entire order and not only 1 box with 33.50 euros for custom clearance. When I bought them there was no customs clearance fee. If you are too slow to take care of your customer order you should bear the fees not me. I'm really disappointed I use to deal a lot with UK online shops this is the worse ever I have seen. I will not recommend it at all. Tried to call them number not working you have to send email and wait for ages. I wouldn't even give this 1 star !! really disappointed about the service.

Everytime I order something from Shabby Store, they just dont deliver! Right now they are using covid as excuse but let me tell you that even before covid, it was the same! They keep sending marketing emails but cant handle orders! Its so frustrating- the last purchase (which im still waiting for btw since November) is defo the last time im buying from this company!

Ordered a table entree piece on 27th December. Still waiting and having seen some reviews the service seems rather slow. I am hoping for some feedback soon as to when I can expect my order. Payment was taken straight away! Viv Hawkins. Southampton

I ordered two Leo stools at the end of November. I only had one delivered today and still waiting for the other. The payment for both has gone out of my account. I have tried to call and email, although no reply.

My wife ordered goods on the 15th November and as today’s date 16th December we have had no confirmation of the goods being dispatched it would appear that they take the money, but don’t have the goods in stock to send to the customer? “Shabby” is the correct word to describe this company.

Poor customer service. It was a bad experience. I ordered a set of 2 faux leather boxes. First, they sent me the wrong color. When I contacted them they asked me to send them back the incorrect parcel. I had to pay again for their mistake. Finally they sent me an other set of boxes. But it was damaged.!!!! And no one want to reply to my email. So ladies, keep your money and try another website.

I ordered two side tables on the 16th of November then was told 10 days later they don’t have them in stock till the end of February so I requested a refund. After many emails and a phone call I was told I will receive my refund by the 9th of December. I’m still waiting for my refund this is just not good enough.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Phone them last week was told being sent will receive Friday or Monday. Called them to chase as still not arrived. Just received a call to say cant get anymore till Feb. 10 day wait for refund. No communication from them what so ever. Always me having to chase. Shocking service . Avoid by elsewhere.
