“Would have given 5 stars but the "fall alert" has to be removed when my Mom lies down or goes asleep for the night. She's 91 yrs old and although no dementia a) will not remember to remove;setting off false alarms and b) fall risk highest when she has to navigate to the bathroom during the night”

“Still feel wrist band is made for men. Too big. Cannot get the carrying case on my waist band. It is too hard to open. Explanations were given to me, but still feel there should be a solution.”

“MOBILE HELP WAS CONSIDERATE AND HELPED ME FINISH SETTING UP MY SYSTEM. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM I CALLED THEM AND THE COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES HELPED ME THROUGH MY PROBLEMS. I STILL HAVE A LITTLE MORE TO DO BUT CAN BE ASSURED IF I HAVE A PROBLEM I CAN CALL THEM FOR HELP.”

“My mother wouldn't wear the pendant or wrist-band so we sent it back and then . .. her younger brother talked her into it and I had to turn around and order it again. Customer service made it so easy to turn around and restart the service.”

“Mobile Help makes me feel that help is available in a timely way. I often feel unsteady on my feet but my walker helps and your system answered a false alarm while driving to Detroit, Michigan 3/21/2017 my seat belt meshed the button around my neck service were activated according to my relatives. Thank You.”

“I called to test my system and it seemed to take a little longer to get a response that I expected. I realize it was not very long but it seemed long. When I did get to speak to someone, they were polite and helpful. Thank you.”

“It makes me comfortable wearing the wrist guard. I haven't gotten accustomed to the necklace because I wear my own jewelry. If I could be sure it would be OK to keep inside my shirt, that could work and I'd hang it on a more acceptable chain of some sort rather than the heavy black cord. I do feel I made the right decision to get Mobile Help. Rachelle”

“I have had problems with the fall pendant. I have stopped wearing it. It will go off when I am sitting still. I sleep sitting up and it will activate on the middle of the night. It seems to be more trouble right now than it is worth. Thank you.”
