“Wrong item was delivered (carphone warehouse essential bundle for the wrong phone). Called and spoke to customer services who were pleasant but then they told me the wrong information as they said I would receive a refund in 3-5 days to my bank, when actually I will be receiving a cheque for the amount which can take up to 28 days. I would not mind the error if it was rectified and was told the correct information after however this is 2 errors in a row and not sure I would order from them again because of this.”
