“Upgrades are more expensive than a new customer contract. Some loyalty should be displayed. My original SIM was cancelled before I got new phone & SIM even though I remained with same network provider which left me without a phone for 16 hours. Otherwise good experience.”

“Product is great, could have done with a bit more brand packaging, even if its a refurb you should feel like its new. Delivery service was good too. Website glitches sometimes which is annoying and make the checkout process a pain but overall a good experience.”
