I was set on the idea of keeping my old phone and running it into the ground but then found the phone I originally wanted for almost £10 a month less than my old contract... And I can trade in my old phone to cover the upfront cost... Brilliant!!”

“Purchasing the phone was quick and easy, delivery was the next mornings and good too. Accessing the online order was a different story, stuck in a perpetual loop of registering the account, having registration verified and then trying to log in only to be told that I need to register my account first. Aaarrrgggghh”
