“Easy to order, phone arrived next day, took one star off as when I phoned helpline I was given incorrect information about getting a PAC from EE to retain number but as I already had EE when I phoned them they told me this was not possible”

“Easy process to order the phone - I went for the Samsung S10 (accidentally chose prism silver instead of black but I'll be putting a case on it so won't be able to see the back). Phone arrived today (ordered boxing day and originally meant to arrive on the 28th but had to change delivery myself) so happy with the speed of thing. Only concern is that the deal I chose online was £31 per month and that's confirmed on all subsequent emails but my order confirmation and invoice on the website says £43 per month! Hopefully Mobiles will confirm that I will only be changed £31 per month for the duration on my contract!”

“Came very fast and the phone was in perfect condition. The only reason i didn't give it an extra star was because the packaging wasn't very protective it was just the iphone box in a bag and in post that could've easily gotten ruined and also because my plan was for 30GB every month but the have only given me 25GB.”
