“Second time ordering from Mobiles.co.uk and couldn't be happier. The website had an issue with a Black Friday code not registering and not letting me purchase the phone I wanted so I phoned in and the customer service + sales people were very friendly and effective. Took one star away as I could not use Top Cashback along with my order and that was unfortunate as I could have saved more.”

“Took the plunge an took 2 contracts out, rather than spend £40+ a month i got a great deal at £30. I was kept up to.date regarding my order via email an tx, delivery ran smoothly, phones are perfect so happy im taking a 3rd contract out for my daughter.”

“I upgraded to an s20+ on Vodafone but it wasn't up to my requirements, mainly battery life. I cancelled the upgrade and attempted to get a pixel 5 which has a much better battery. Vodafone direct wanted 55 a month. Via mobiles.co.uk I got a black Friday deal with the phone I wanted, for less than half the "upgraded" price. Phone was delivered the next day, everything was perfect. Very happy with my experience”

“The mobiles.co.uk ordering was very easy process and I have not had any problems with both sorting out agreement or delivery of the new phone. The issue I have is with Vodafone not being able to transfer my existing mobile number over which is critical, and have to wait until my existing Vodafone contract expires in a month. So got two contracts running until the old one expires in one month.”
