“Great service and very simple. However, it would have been useful to know that my SIM wouldn't be activated until 24 to 48 hours later. Had to call customer services to query and this could have been avoided.”

“Ordered a phone Sunday night around 8pm, delivery date was Tuesday and it was here by Monday lunchtime! Really god service and used topcashback too for £35 cashback. Would recommend and would definitely use them again.”

“After ordering online and being confirmed a "special deal" popped up being stupid and not wearing my glasses I clicked on it for a saving £16 only when it went through to pay out point with bank details I realised it was a £15 a month charge. I pulled out of offer at this point and didn't confirm everything but it was showing on my mobiles account after ringing and Facebook I wasn't getting anywhere staff didn't have a clue what I was talking about and didn't want anything to do with it. Finally being put through to a lady for the 4tb / 5th time I spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about and I was starting to lose my cool at this point and nearly to the point of cancelling and going else where. After speaking to the lady for 5 minutes she did explain everything and reassured me everything was good. After that phone turned up on time and everything is looking ok on account.”

“Deliverly was quick but am still waiting on my sim to activate. It's been 24hrs as I write this and will have to wait another 24hrs before anyone can do anything about it. I've never had this problem before (max 1/2 wait previously). It's a shame I cannot get my phone up and running straigt away. Not even sure, in the next 24hrs it will be resolved.”
