“When I brought the phone it was out of stock and it came before the estimated date. Great value for iPhone 11. Have recommended to friends who have also now took out a contract with mobiles.co.uk”

“Phone arrived very quickly though signing up to network had a few problems, the customer service on phone weren’t the best at they couldn’t understand the problem but when I emailed the problem was fixed within 3 hours”

“Everything was perfect from mobiles.co.uk was sent next day and received the phone without any issues I do not rate their courier service DPD are an absolute joke I traveled 30 minutes there to pick up my phone to be told 1 item of ID wasn't accepted wasn't a problem to use anywhere else I had to travel 30 minutes back home and 30 minutes back to DPD DPD with my passport appalling service”

“The best value contracts I can find but be warned: do not get a “refurbished” phone. My last phone wasn’t refurbished at all, it was 2nd hand, 6 months out of warranty and contained fake parts! Apart from that, it’s all good.”

“Phone delivery was quick and all is working well. My only negative point would be it wasn’t clear from the large print info the actual deal I was getting and that I needed to claim money back from the company in order to get my discounted rate.”

“I had really nice and easy experience. I found a good deal, and the whole process was really smooth. The only downside was that instead of the upgrade I've been given new number. Luckily my provider was very helpful and sorted it out for me.”
