“Got an email saying delivery after 11am and I would get a time slot. Nothing just get an email saying you missed your delivery even though I’m in and no one has been. Very poor service.”

“Excellent customer service. I initially ordered the wrong contract through the website as I was happily clicking, however as soon as I received the invoice I notice. I first went on to the live chat and they were extremely helpful and gave me the number to call to change the order. I got through with 40 second to an advisor, explained the situation, and they managed to sort it with 5-10 minute even though it was my mistake. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend to anyone for the price and customer service.”
