“My experience buying my iPhone 11 was generally very good, the phone arrived the next day, I was kept well in the loop with the delivery process and it is working like a dream! The welcome pack I found especially informative on questions such as transferring your number over. I gave my experience 4 stars because I had to reput my card details in 4 times as the website kept timing out despite me doing everything immediately, but 4th time was the charm...”

“Ordered an upgrade so I could keep my number. When I checked my account it had been set up as a new number in my account and I was told I could not now transfer the number to the new phone. Monthly price plan was also more than I had chosen when I ordered. Advised to refuse delivery of the phone to cancel the order. Now have a credit search on my files I did not expect. When I spoke with Vodafone they were really helpful and even managed to get me a better deal. Will NOT use mobiles.co.uk (Carphone warehouse/Dixon’s) again”

“Decent offers and a good overall layout. I like the choice of payment method options and generally a good experience for purchasing... right up until you finish the checkout, and then two particular things get my goat. 1) The nefarious fake offer that appears at the end inviting you to 'claim a cashback' and looking like it is just part of the standard process but in reality the small-print reveals that you would be signing-up to a paid subscription. 2) The registration process is clunky and left me unsure if I had successfully registered as I could not log in with the credentials I had created. My item was delivered super-fast though, so overall I'm happy. It's just a shame those two aspects above have slightly tainted my overall experience.”
