“The buying process is really straightforward, and delivery was next day even though I ordered at 7:30pm the night before ! I needed to speak to customer service and I cannot fault how they handled my order enquiry. I will definitely use them going forward, this was my second phone from them, I have never had any problems.”

“As a first time client i was a bit confuswd abput the prices. They put low prices and in small print after the cash back. So i bought a phone for my daughter thinking it will be 8 per month. When the pack came through i saw that DD was set for 17 and that every so ogten i ccan claim cashback which would give me disscount, but also is a subject to a credit review... so now im not even sure if i will get the discount due to my poor credit.. I think these little things should be visible much better and explained instantly when you view the deal. Overall the prices are good and competitive, the customer service is polite and helpful and the delivery is quick and flexible. I would recommend it and do see myself using it in the future, but make sure to read into the deals that you are taking.”
