“Just received delivery exactly on schedule of the full Ledbury table, benches and angled corner sofa. Excellent service from Moda with perfect delivery from Gary and John who couldn’t have been friendlier. In these troubled times when every company seems to struggle to maintain service levels I couldn’t fault a thing. Fast, efficient and hassle free.”

“Thankyou to delivery team Michelle and Faisal - your help was appreciated. We had to wait along time for our furniture but customer service team have been most accommodating. Cover broken first day but Moda are sending a replacement straight away . Thanks”

“The service from all departments were really good . Helpful, polite and knowledgable, giving us advise on the best furniture to suit our needs .Christopher in support team was very helpful and answered all queries . Delivery by the two delivery teams were fantastic . Both teams Damien B and Lewis C , and Mark C and Danny N , were efficient, on time , friendly and ensured the furniture was in place , taking away all boxes and packaging . We would definitely highly recommend this furniture and company . The water proof furniture protective covers are really good and would highly recommend these”

“Very happy with the delivery team, thank you Pete and Paul. Very professional and quick and accommodating and the furniture is beautiful. The length of time we had to wait for our order was disappointing however. The estimated delivery was 5-8 weeks and we ended up waiting 16 weeks. The Customer service team were very helpful and polite whenever we called them and keen to offer some compensation for the issues we had with the delivery delays.”

“Moda offer gorgeous garden furniture with huge selection, the showroom in Caterham is amazing. The delivery took some weeks due to covid etc but the delivery guys Mark & Brian were brilliant & set it up so quick!”

“Quick and efficient delivery and super helpful. Colin and Leon were lovely and put everything where I needed it and counted all the cushions to make sure it was all there. Thank you, just need the sun now so we can enjoy the new furniture!”

“The ease of dealing with Moda is fantastic from the advice in the showroom to the delivery at your home. They were so helpful in Milton Kenyes and a phone call half an hour before the van arrived is perfect Mark and Brian were polite and ensured that the boxes were placed safely in my garage with a smile Would highly recommend the company”

“The team at Moda were very helpful when choosing our garden furniture. Leon and Colin delivered our furniture they were extremely professional and curtious a credit to you. We are delighted with our new Talia bar and dining set, plus the storage and cantilever umbrella. Looks amazing.”
