“I just took delivery of my Moda Talia 10 seater table and I love it! Having not seen it in real life it was a bit of a gamble but it paid off and we can’t wait to sit there tonight! Mark and Brian delivered it and were excellent. I’m so pleased I added the platinum service and Mark and Brian unpacked it, assembled it and took all the packaging away making it an even more pleasurable experience! Couldn’t recommend Moda and the platinum service with Mark and Brian more highly! :-)”

“Furniture delivered earlier than expected. Great communication from the Company and the two delivery guys David R & Lee G we’re excellent. Extremely polite, helped put the furniture in the back garden ready for us to assemble & place. Can’t recommend Moda & their staff enough.”

“Very happy with the delivery team, thank you Pete and Paul. Very professional and quick and accommodating and the furniture is beautiful. The length of time we had to wait for our order was disappointing however. The estimated delivery was 5-8 weeks and we ended up waiting 16 weeks. The Customer service team were very helpful and polite whenever we called them and keen to offer some compensation for the issues we had with the delivery delays.”

“Just received delivery exactly on schedule of the full Ledbury table, benches and angled corner sofa. Excellent service from Moda with perfect delivery from Gary and John who couldn’t have been friendlier. In these troubled times when every company seems to struggle to maintain service levels I couldn’t fault a thing. Fast, efficient and hassle free.”

“The service from all departments were really good . Helpful, polite and knowledgable, giving us advise on the best furniture to suit our needs .Christopher in support team was very helpful and answered all queries . Delivery by the two delivery teams were fantastic . Both teams Damien B and Lewis C , and Mark C and Danny N , were efficient, on time , friendly and ensured the furniture was in place , taking away all boxes and packaging . We would definitely highly recommend this furniture and company . The water proof furniture protective covers are really good and would highly recommend these”
