“Fab outdoor sofa. Delivery team (Pete abs Paul) where very helpful and polite. They called in advanced to give approximate ETA and navigated a tight drive to deliver the furniture. Would have scored 5 out of 5 but when I contacted Moda to ask about clamps to join furniture together the first response was ‘... there are only 3...). That didn’t seem right so I contacted Moda again and one of the team responded to say she would send another 3 out. And she did. Really happy with sofa but the glass table top looks dirty due to material. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great service, friendly customer service - delivered earlier than we had thought which was a plus. Our delivery guys, Michelle and James were also great, kept us informed as to when they would be arriving, very helpful and explained everything to us carefully. Love my new furniture . Thank you”

“Great experience Staff in the warehouse helpful Product good quality and great value Delivery within 48 hours and drivers Colin and Leon were excellent help, nothing too much trouble. Put the set where it needed to be in a difficult to access space, and made sure was happy before leaving. A credit, thank you, have used Moda before and will again. Will readily recommend.”

“The furniture is very well made and looks superb. My only criticisms are that the plastic stays that tie two pieces together would benefit from a metal alternative and the U shape arrangement we have would be even better if the corners and end recliners were properly interchangeable. The sales staff in the Manchester Showroom were so helpful as were the delivery guys (Kevin W and Dave H) for who nothing was too much trouble. The furniture arrived in cardboard cartons - maybe a return service for the packaging could work - there’s a lot of it!”

“Ordered my furniture back in April knowing it wouldn’t be delivered until August but it arrived early. There was a small issue with one of the chair legs and Moda arranged an exchange immediately so cant fault them. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture. Just need some sunshine so we can use it all! Moda delivery drivers were great as well.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. The staff in the showroom were knowledgeable and really helpful and provided us with an accurate estimate of lead times. We were kept upto date with the delivery time. The delivery team (Damien B and Terry S) were absolutely brilliant - so polite and helpful.”

“We were pleased our rattan sofa set arrived before the expected date, having waited a long time before finding furniture we liked. On placing the sofa on our patio, one of the legs was damaged causing it to 'rock' quite badly. A photo was taken by one of the delivery personnel who explained that Customer Services would be in touch to fix a date to send a replacement, as soon as one was available. This took 5 weeks but we were able to keep the original one while we waited. Everything done to rectify the problem without a lot of fuss. Pete and Paul delivered the replacement sofa and made sure we were happy with it. We are very pleased with the furniture, even though we now think we paid over the odds for it, compared to many sets that are now advertised for half the price in other organisations and stores.”
