“Danny and Damien B who assembled the furniture were very efficient. However, it would appear that they lacked some product knowledge regarding the turntable. See my online chat with Amelia.”

“We were very happy with our purchase from Moda. Our order arrived a couple of weeks later than we had been led to believe at the time of purchase, but it was worth the small additional wait. We opted to pay for the additional delivery service so that the delivery team set up our furniture, explained its functionality, and took away with them all the packaging. We were very glad we decided to do this and would recommend this service. We were called a day before the delivery was due in order to reconfirm the slot, and were sent a text message 15 mins before the team’s arrival on the day. The delivery team — Danny N & Damien B — were excellent. They had the furniture unpacked and assembled with the minimum fuss, and readily explained how it all clipped together and could be reorganised as we pleased. They also gave us advice on general maintenance and wear and tear. They were highly professional throughout: helpful, friendly, efficient, polite and good-humoured. We’ll certainly buy from Moda again and are glad we choose this outlet over others. Thanks guys!”

“Terry & Liam delivered our furniture on time they contacted me to say they were on their way and were polite and efficient. However the goods that had been sent were confusing. We had ordered a Salone gas coffee table. Along with the table Moda sent a chrome plate but no explanation why. Upon opening the table to assemble it was clear that the gas controls would not fit in the table. I contacted the show room and the girls were unable to help me I had to email photos to customer support. They replied sending me a link to a video that was apparently going to show me how to dismantle the gas pipes and buttons and re attach them to the plate that had been sent along with the order with no instructions. Unfortunately the video they attached did not show how this could be done. I was lucky my son who is an engineer was able to swap the plate over for me. I think it is totally unacceptable expecting customers to swap gas plates over. This is obviously why they try to charge an extra £99 very poor and feel totally let down. This was my second delivery the first time they forgot the cover. Might of well if not bothered anyway £169 for a sheet that blows in the wind won’t fix down as the toggles font pull tight enough and fills with water. Will be returning for a refund as totally unfit for purpose. However the Sloane sofa and fire pit table now installed are beautiful probably not £5000 worth if beautiful but I am please with the end result.”
