“Delivery was perfect. Louis and Andrew brought a defect to my attention and quickly advised they would arrange a replacement. The replacement is coming in a weeks time. Problems occur, it’s how you deal with them that matters.”

“Found Daniel in the deliveries department very helpful, arranged date to suit & advised that we would get a text the day of delivery with a 3 hour time slot so you don’t have to wait in all day.”

“Service was very good. Polite and friendly. Discount of some sort on a £9k order paid for upfront would have been nice, just something when you are spending that value is appreciated. Cannot speak for the product until delivered obviously.”

“I had my Patio furniture delivered today. It was on time, unpacked, and set up with all packaging removed. This was done by Mark and Brian, both a credit to your company in both there politeness and professionalism. Thank them again for me and it is this sort of customer service that will make me both recommend and buy from to again Thankyou Michael Cooke MBE”

“We are really happy with our garden furniture. It did take quite a while to arrive, but considering the pandemic it’s to be expected. But Moda always kept us informed and from the delivery guys to after sales team they have been brilliant. We had a couple of glitches on the product, buy just an e mail and the team got straight back to me and sorted it out. Highly recommend.”
