“Excellent customer service , nice products, halo 9 seater and large umbrella. Heavy duty cover is excellent . Products are very expensive , but the covers are machine washable and shower resistant so maybe that’s why ? Good delivery team , I hadn’t paid extra for set up and boxes taken away . I told the guys I’d regretted that as there were a lot of boxes and things were heavy . Jason and mark explained I could ring up and arrange if I wanted , which I did. Again over priced £99 but hassle free I would say £50 more reasonable . They were helpful, polite and made sure I knew how the umbrella worked . Extra things were delivered by mistake and they sorted this for me . Unfortunately a damage on one chair but I think this will be resolved quickly Again excellent customer service .”

“Furniture was delivered when promised, and when we were delayed getting back home for the delivery slot and missed it by about 10 minutes the delivery drivers agreed to come back and redeliver. Looking forward to using the furniture for the first time tomorrow at a bbq!”

“Had our furniture for 6 years kept outside all year round and still looks like new just a wash down after the winter. Cushions we put away and still like new. Amazing quality would highly recommend.”
