“Brilliant delivery today by Nyle & Barry. Amazingly respectful of my request for an early morning slot. They set off at 3am to reach me at 7.30am. Really above and beyond customer service. Really delighted I paid the extra gold touch service for delivery everything placed & put together beautifully - all I need to do now is sit on it. Thank you.”

“Fabulous products, gorgeous website. I have just ordered, not received yet. HOWEVER not impressed at all by my purchase experience which is a shame when buying a lovely quality set like this. The price increased from approx £2100 to £2600 from when I viewed this last Wednesday to Saturday when I was able to get to the showroom to see the furniture. Moda just keep pushing the prices up and up, wasnt able to use the discount code either. Moda are certainly getting every penny they can get from the increased demand for garden furniture during covid times. The sales assistant in the showroom did her job in terms of answering my questions but considering I was intending on spending a small fortune, I felt like I was more like a valued customer when I went to Tescos.”

“After researching online, I had a few queries & was looking for advice. Both online chat & phone customer services at Moda were very helpful when I was deciding which patio set to choose. They also helped add an additional parasol for existing dining set so I eventually ordered via the phone too. Clinched the deal with ordering & just can’t wait to receive our Talia set shortly.”
