“I ordered on June 14th for my 50th birthday trip to the beach and as of today July 15th I still have not received my order. It was supposed to be delivered by June 28th and no where in the description said shipping would take this long. Would not recommend this company to anyone.”
“After a month they never shipped my items. Contacted customer service and waited another week still not shipped. Filed a dispute with Paypal. Modlily customer service emailed me and said they would only ship my items if I closed the dispute. I refused. Said I would close it when my items shipped. Was supposed to ship within 24 hours, two days later nothing. Emailed them to cancel the order and refund money. Said they would issue a refund when I closed the dispute. Finally got my refund through paypal. This website is a complete scam. Do not order from them.”
“Returned a bathing suit. I asked for a credit to my credit card. Gave me a store credit. Emailed several times asking for credit card credit. Received repetitive replies not addressing issue. Went to use store credit, it disappeared! The answer again is repetitive replies not addressing issue

Every time I attempt to chat with their customer service agents, I get the same response "I will do everything I can to expedite your order". This was a re-order from swimsuits I ordered 4 months ago. They were cheaply made, but Modlily didn't initially offer me a refund; only a replacement. This company is ripping people off. Do not waste your money... buyer beware!

“I received my 2 piece bathing suit and the tag from the inside was almost ripped off..falling off and the bottoms guard was missing..so it was probably a return from someone else they sent me..not impressed.”
“My order was never delivered. It says it was delivered to my front porch. I live in an apartment building. I have checked the entire building nothing was delivered. Can't get a hold of the delivery company. No proof they actually delivered it. I just get told to contact delivery company. This is a lesson I've learned. I am now out the money. All I was told was contact the delivery company. The delivery company does not answer. Says it will not take a message. I do not believe my stuff was delivered. I believe this is a scam company. And it is unfortunate. I have a feeling this is what they do. I would not order from this company unless you want to throw money away.”

“Positively do NOT buy from Modlily. Clothes are very cheaply made and not sewn properly. Beware: they have the worse return/exchange procedure. They want you to have to eat the cost rather than help do the exchange or return.”
“On may 29th I ordered 3 bathing suits and two dresses. On June 27th I received an order NOT my order though. I have emailed repeatedly. They asked me to send them pictures of the 2 bathing suits that I did receive. I did that last friday and have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed, I have a couple of friends that have ordered from them and have had great luck now. I'm struggling to get my money back.”
