Cannot speak to a human being, no contact phone number. They refused to refund my money, they just use stall tactics to keep you satisfied. “Ordered a swimsuit. The print is nothing like the one in the picture. The one in the picture is bright and neon, the one I received is dull and doesn’t even have the same flowers! Highly disappointed. I wrote them and they said prints can vary?? Well I wanted the one that I bought. Tried to upload photos on here, but would not take.”

“First ordered 3X shirts & they were HUGE on me. This time I ordered 2X & 3 fit snugly, one I couldn't even get on, too small. The size range is so different, I'm done after 2 orders of guessing whether the tops will fit or not. Also, the order was placed May 25, but just received the order on June 17, even though an e-mail said delivery would be between June 6-11. I will pass along the top that I can't wear as it sounds like returning packages is expensive & your company is non-responsive. I've tried shrinking the first tops (too large) ordered, but with no luck. Overall, I'll quit ordering clothes from China companies.”

“I ordered a swim suit from there and after it taking a month to arrive it showed up and was not at all like the suit shown in the photo. The trim was different, the bottom was a high thigh bikini bottom but the photo showed a low hip hugging bottom. Other than tge color it wasn't even the same suit. Modily said I would have to pay postage to return it. Overall bad experience and I wouldn't shop from there again.”

“After waiting a month for my order the tracking service said it was delivered It was not..I contacted Modlily and was told I gave them an incorrect order number but it was the one they sent me in an email. Never received order and never refunded. Terrible company!!!!!”
“The clothes didn’t fit. When returned they would not refund money stating they didn’t meet criteria. I literally tried them on then put them back in the bag. Never wore. If they fit I would have kept them. Would not refund money.”

“Placed order May 21....tracked from China to US customs on LA, then to "carrier facility" a few days ago. Now the tracking service wants a credit card to charge refundable $1 to chat with me. Feeling foolish. Hope my VISA will allow me to stop this transaction.”
“They are scammers and they need to be closed. My product was coming in the mail but it got seized with usps cause it had counterfeit postage so customs took it. They resent the product and it came. Didn't fit and taking forever to credit my bank account. Reported them and they told me they will refund me my money if I don't report them anymore. Crazy.... 2nd item returned also and just sitting at their post office... very dishonest and unethical”
