“Worse company to but clothes from. They give every excuse not to give a refund for something you didn’t want to purchase or to hold back some of the referring whenever they can, the prevent you from cancelling the order and say they’ll refund the coupon, and then tell you it’s too late you can’t get a refund because you paid for the order!! they don’t tell you that you’re paying for the shipping when you return the order until AFTER you shipped it, and they tell you they’ll deduct a percentage if they think that you damaged the product AFTER you’ve returned it. I took screenshots of their chats and I took a video of me packaging the return, showing that the product was not damaged. I’m about ready to report them to the BBB!!!”
“Do not order from this company! I ordered 4 bathing suits, it took a month to get here and then it sat at a different zip code for 5 days. They are not true to size anything i have ordered all seem to fit the same even though i have tried different sizes. I returned them within 3 days and they wanted me to keep them and give me 35% back and i said no! We fought back and forth on emails! I wanted a full refund back and they put it on their store credit. I was furious! I contacted my bank and told them my bank would pursue them and sure enough the next day they credited my credit card. And they lie and tell you if you order more than$69 or $79 you get free shipping and you do not! i spent over a hundred and did not get it! they fought me on the postage to return it and i told them i will pay the postage and do not take it off my refund amount! They insisted on a receipt for the tracking and postage. They are distrusting of anyone because they are not trust worthy! Save yourself a lot of hassle and do not order from them, not worth the frustration and aggravation they cause. Very unsavory company!”

“I ordered 4 the shirts. Never received the order, contacted the company. and was told they did not receive the money. My bank said it was sent. I disputed the charge . the bank did a charge back pending order. Then modlily sent two very ugly cheep shirts (not any from my order) but was able to use that tracking number to show my bank that they sent the order. My bank payed them because they had the tracking number. It was all underhanded. Will not order from them again.”

I am Totally disagree with your answer. If you have to buy a dress to wash it because someone used it and left me with sweat marks, your page should communicate that the clothes probably do not arrive in good condition and the client has to assume the expense of washing or repairing it if they want to use it. For me, this is a deception in the sale and the answer given by you is very disappointing.
