“I ordered a dress that I knew I might return because I was uncertain it would fit.
When I tried to return it today they said because it was a sale item I couldn't return it. That was not evident when I ordered or I would not have ordered it.
It also arrived a couple of days later than they said it would after I paid over $20 for faster shipping (which turned out to be irrelevant because it didn't fit, but it's still noteworthy).
Also, when I went to leave a negative review after the "chat" where they told me I couldn't return it, the site said I couldn't leave a review because I hadn't purchased the item--after I went to the review page from the emailed order confirmation page.
Very deceptive practices.
I will not deal with them again and highly recommend no one else does.”

“I have ordered 3 shirts from Modlily. I wouldn't, but if you choose to order, look very closely. Many of the women's shirts have stupid gathering at the shoulders like they are trying to bring back shoulder pads. The quilted looking sweatshirt snagged the first time I wore it. I can't bring myself to wearing the shoulder gathering one in public. Therefore, I can wear only one of the 3 in public--major waste of money and irritation because they text and/or email you at leat 3 times a week.”

These products are made in China and are shipped out of China likely on predetermined bulk shipment dates for the Customs process. My product is currently sitting in a US receiving facility for the past week, before being shipped over to USPS. Who knows when the final shipping date will be.”
