It’s really nice to come home to a clean house. However I a little disappointed that not everything is done quite like I would have done. I don’t know if everything is moved especially in the kitchen.

Acceptable clean. Communication between manager and client not good. After our initial clean I was told we’d be contacted to discuss a price for further cleans etc. This didn’t happen. cleaners just turned up the next week. Also hard to get hold of her on the phone. Numerous times myself and my partner were promised she’d call us back and she never did.

Kitchen bin bin emptied on either clean I’ve had. Wooden floor not brilliantly clean, set the house alarm off as details hadn’t been passed on.

First full house clean - amazing. Second clean - £68 for a 58 minutes clean seems steep. House clean although some areas missed.

Very pleasant staff, love the smell of my house after. Shame there are bits missed such as cobwebs in high corners and dusted around some items instead of lifting them up, such as books or DVD player. These are the only points I have noticed other than that everything else is great

Generally well cleaned, could be more thorough in places (e.g under sofas, on wooden floors - often dirty marks still visible after they’ve been mopped). Overall a good job though.

It was generally a good clean however I’m not sure it’s worth the expense as dust was missed on some surfaces and an open cupboard in the kitchen, the bathroom floor was still dirty, the dressing table in the bedroom still had marks on it and cobwebs were missed from a spotlight to a beam in the main sitting room. Normally these things wouldn’t worry me but i’m Pointing them out due to the cost of the service. However all arrangements and admin have been excellent. Julia Tappin Thanks

I was quite disappointed with the 2 cleans we have had so far as it appears just a surface clean as been done. It's clear that several lighter items such as baskets etc have not been hoovered under and small areas of carpet between wall and furniture haven't been hoovered. The toilet seats clearly weren't cleaned and shelves in my daughter's room were still full of dust so clearly hadn't been dusted. I hate complaining but when I'm paying over £20 more per clean than I was for my last cleaner I was expecting a more thorough clean.

Lovely team of ladies that come in to clean. They are supremely quick and do a great job. The reason I’ve given them 3*s is because for the price-they are more expensive than other firms- I’d expect it to be beyond perfect, and there’s always the odd thing that’s not quite spot on. Generally though it’s great, I trust them and my home is lovely and clean

Girls were very pleasant and worked well but they did not do a ‘deep down’ clean. Ornaments were not generally moved to dust under and items on the floor in the kitchen and bathrooms were not cleaned(such as bins etc). I asked for cupboard fronts to be wiped over but the splash back was not cleaned. It was helpful to have the main cleaning done but I still have to go round and clean corners and bins etc.

The ladies are willing to please, and good at communicating their eta etc. Some work is excellent, some could have a bit more attention to detail; however it is early days as they have been here only twice.
