The floors and carpets always look great after they’ve been and they’re are some nice little touches, but for dusting and cleaning they seem to do a bit less every time. More and more surfaces missed. If every time was as good as the first they would be 10/10.

The ladies were very nice but I didn’t like that the cleaning cloths/mops were used from one house to the next?

First visit was not good. Items on kitchen surfaces (kettle, bread bin) hadn't been moved to clean below. Second visit much better and I felt as if I had a clean and nice-smelling house afterwards. Make sure you are specific about your expectations.

This is the 2nd clean of my property, unfortunately this clean did have some issues... The family bath - shower doors were not cleaned Neither bathroom radiator was cleaned Bathroom sink was cleaned but not the plug Dusting was not great, surfaces were missed. TV speakers in the living room were on the floor behind the tv cabinet as if pushed off

The house is mostly very clean when we return from work, particularly hovering and the kitchen and floors.

I was only happy that Molly Maids came back an recleaned my house without charge as the first clean was totally unacceptable.

Thank you for following up. Unfortunately for the second time of use the level of service did not meet my expectation. For example we staged the bins, food bin with banana hanging out, with food bags, and recycling, expecting them to be emptied as they were not changed the first week, but no bins were emptied and we came home to rotting banannas, in my view emptying bins is basic. The chrome on the washing machine was dull, no polish used and generally the kitchen didn't look sparkling. I would like the handles of the doors to the rooms spot checked, a few seconds of attention would make all the difference. The bathroom shelves were dusty, in the arch window. Other than that I was generally pleased, but I do have high levels of expectation for an £83 clean. Thanks again and look forward to a spectacular cleans going forward. Laura Having looked further I can see that the master room has hardly been touched, dust everywhere and in the hall, not happy.

Promised 1.20hrs x2 ladies they were gone within 1.10 so £29 per hour very excessive! Thus only half kitchen/conservatory floor got mopped! Good enough cleaners though!

Only had two visits and so far I would say just reasonable. Bathroom floor and walls don't get cleaned very well. As it's an apartment we have a key signing in and out time which puts your cleaners in our apartment for no more than 50mins per visit which seems a lot less time than we expected.

We have had 2 cleans. The first one was great and very impressive. The second one not so much, with bag of rubbish left on the floor in the kitchen and the kitchen floor not fully cleaned. Were different people sent from the first time?

The cleaners were very friendly. However, on the first clean during which they were to bring my house up to "standard," I was not totally satisfied with the clean. The toilets were not brushed clean, the hoovering was spotty, and the sweeping and mopping of the kitchen was not well done. One of my rooms was not swept at all, and my kitchen table was still sticky. That said, the next clean was much better and I didn't find anything that I wished they had done better. However, I did have to wait over two hours from the time I was told they would arrive after, which was frustrating.

The ladies are nice but I expected the job to be complete rather then it be just a time allocated meaning 70% of the clean was not done ☹️
