When we signed up a few years ago we were told by Emma that on rotation one room in the house would be deep cleaned. We see no evidence of this.

Our experience actually ranges from poor to normal. Sometimes its OK but sometimes obvious things are missed, and how good the clean is appears to vary depending on who is doing the cleaning. e.g blinds or surfaces wont be dusted even when they are very obviously dusty, we notice obvious cobwebs in certain areas of the house that seem to get missed (to the extent that my other half and I now have bets with each other as to when the cleaners will spot them!), the toilet doesn't seem to be cleaned very well etc. We don't expect it to be perfect and it would be fine if certain jobs were rotated rather than being addressed every week - there is only so much you can do in the allotted cleaning time. But given that you have consistently put your prices up year on year, I do think the standard could be better and we are considering trying someone else.

Think the cleaning pair have changed because I find a layer of dust, blinds wonky, cushions not plumped. Not that the place is still dirty, just not as wonderful as it used to be :-)

Very often things are missed which should be obvious to clean or throw away in the rubbish. More attention to detail needed, instead of having to state the obvious. I get the impression that the maids are expected to work within a specific time framed, which means they are not able to do as good a clean as they should. The service is very expensive and this needs to be reflected in the quality of the cleaning.

When I'm, rarely, in the house at the time of the clean the staff always seek to clarify what rooms need to be done, and when I'm not there quite often the service that is carried out contains variations on what is done e.g. are bathroom floors cleaned are the stairs vacc'd etc? It would be good if the staff were clear on what the service should be. Also, the clean I get, although fine, is not what was implied at the initial visit which suggested that cupboard doors, pelmets, dresser etc would all be done. It was frankly embarrassing to have the assessment of how dusty my cupboard tops were at the time of the original visit, and this is just irritating in retrospect, given that those areas are never cleaned by MM staff! Having said that, the quality of clean is generally good, the staff are friendly, reliable and trustworthy and with only a couple of exceptions, the service has taken place on the date expected.

High cost hourly rate that seems to include equipment loading time into vehicle. 2 people loading car seems to equal 10 minutes less cleaning time whereas on 3 people attendance this mean 15 minutes less cleaning time amounting to more £ value loss on top each visit even though it is the same quantity of equipment. However. M. M. Have never missed an appointment and always turn up on time.

Very quick at their work. When their supervisor attends, the place is sparkling but otherwise merely pretty good. Feels a little overpriced for the speed and depth of clean but they do bring their own materials.
