“Great communication from first enquiry with helpful staff. Great quality clean and couldn't be happier. The only downside is that the price is on the expensive side but the quality of work is great so no complaints.”

“Efficient and honest. Impressed by drawing attention to a gold ring found between bed and cupboard. Aware of contract details and worked to this on first "Molly Clean" visit. Keen to fill time with work, and actually asked for tea to be made in advance of its consumption so that it would have cooled when they were ready to take the drink break.”

“So far have only had two cleans and was very impressed with the first clean. I did notice a few areas had not been cleaned as well for the second visit - will hold judgement and hope this was a one off!”

“This was our second week with Molly Maid and we feel that there has been an improvement compared to the first week. The bathroom floor still had water marks in it. Is this down to the tools you use? We can provide mop & bucket if you don't have the right tools for this job. We also feel that the job is rushed. Are the cleaners under pressure to leave to the next job? it does not appear that a last look was taken to make sure everything looks good, for instance the bins are all over the place and the kitchen roll holder is left on top of the cooker. These are little things but it is where the eyes are first drawn to when we come back home and we have to go around putting things back as they were. It is a little finishing touch that we feel should be part of the service. Please don't hesitate to call us if you wish to discuss further. Kind regards, Lloyd and Maite Dickens”
