“I was experiencing difficulties placing an online order. The issue was at the final payment stage and it appeared to be a problem with the visa payment. The bank couldn’t help! I contacted Morrison’s online help desk and spoke to Lauren. I explained the problem and Lauren processed the order immediately. As I explained this was an ongoing problem Lauren suggested clearing the browser history. She talked me through the process which hopefully has resolved this particular issue. I will just add that I was on the phone for 36 minutes to the bank for something that took less than 5minutes with Lauren. Thank you so much from a very grateful customer.”

“started to use as waitroses prices were on the up , my wife and i are very pleased with all aspects a of the , the store is large with well spaced out isles so shoppers are not " sholder to sholder " the range of food chioce was very very high all the specials bars were open and all round the quality of all the food was first class and my wife loved the clothes department it was first class all round we have shopped now 4 times so this judgement is not on just one visit”

“My daughter and I have just had the meal deal which was gorgeous. Vegan moussaka, Maris piper chips two vegan chocolate puddings and vegan white wine. All for £12.50!! The food was absolutely delicious 🤤 will definitely be buying this again. It’s such good value and really tasty food”

“We bought the Valentine Meal deal and were really impressed with how much choice there was and what good value. We went for the The Best Camembert tear and share starter, the Beef Wellington for main course with vegetable medley and cauliflower cheese, cheesecake for dessert and a bottle of red wine all for £15, saving £15 if all bought individually. Delicious, just wish Morrisons would do this meal deal more often.”

“I had such a good experience at Morrisons in Milton Keynes today. I was expecting the worst just a few days before Christmas, but the opposite was true. There were staff in almost every aisle willing to answer questions and help me find items. There was also at least one young man walking around with a banner saying, here to help. The staff I did speak to were friendly, polite and helpful; and did not make me wait until they had finished their own conversations or tasks. The lady on the till was pleasant and smiling, telling me to take my time and not rush. Paper bags for fruit and veg, plenty of car parking spaces, and to cap it all 10% discount for teachers. “Went to Morrisons in Canterbury today and I have got to say It was a much better experience than in the other supermarkets in Canterbury. The store was not too busy, they had plenty of stock of everything and there where a lot of stuff keeping the shelves full. Fresh bread I brought was lovely and tasted very fresh. Every checkout was open so there were no ques. There was a lovely friendly young man called Liam on the checkout who didn't make me feel rushed and had a nice chat with me. Overall Its was a really nice experience and plan to keep doing my shopping there.”
“I'm 85yrs and used home de!ivery several times, yes, sometimes an article is missing or replaced, when I phone my order I'm asked if I'm o.k with a replacement, which I am. I'll be placing my order tomorrow morning.”
