My husband & I went to Colindale & ordered Christmas lunch, when it came up it was cold, so we sent it back. The quality of food on the plate was very poor, processed Turkey. When it came back it was hot as they had put it in the microwave. We ate some of it, it was awful, then left (should have got our money back). My husband was up all night with stomach pain & diarrhoea.

My delivery was scheduled between 2.30 to 3.30. It arrived at 2.15 15 mins today, which was not a problem This was my first delivery with Morrisons and my last. The shopping arrived in Morrisons bags and the packing was abysmal. They put a small bar of Cadbury chocolate in one bag and my cream cakes were put at the bottom of another bag with the rest of my shopping on top. I explained to the driver that I didn’t want to keep the bags and wanted to give them to him. He said everyone kept the bags and returned them with their next shop. I explained that it was unlikely that I would be doing another order with Morrisons . I then started to check my produce to ensure I was satisfied and he then said that he only was allowed 4 minutes per customer. He went to his van to leave me to unpack my shopping and consequently some of my produce fell onto the floor. I called him back and asked him to help me, which he did reluctantly, reminding me again that he only had 4 mins per customer. I was absolutely disgusted and told him to go and that I would not be doing any further on line shopping with Morrisons. I do online shopping each week as I am a senior citizen and find it easier . My other supermarket whom I use are always polite, helpful and encourage me to check each item, especially the cost of food today. I would urge Morrisons to change their policies and encourage their staff to pack correctly and extend more courtesy to their customers. They failed miserably today.

Bought a small loaf of multi grain bread from the Bradwell store. There were very few grains in the bread and it was like eating thick cardboard.

Awful shopping experience in Newport store . Staff look miserable and are not pleasant very unhelpful. But there are some good products in store though their value free range eggs 68 pence and are are lovely. I just thought I would order on line today and it was the worst experience. The site is laggy and confusing not straight forward like other shops. I wasted two hours and there was no slots or click and collect today. I tried tomorrow but my first time offer code with money off, would not work. It tells me to change the slot time. I tried this on several occasions but it was the same. Also lots of items out of stock. I could find no where in there site for customer support to resolve my issues. I left never to come back. Don't waste you time!

Aisles blocked with cages of empty cardboard boxes and items ready for shelf filling, generaly untidy store. Scruffy rusty freezers frozen up with loose vegetables and fish fingers etc lurking in the cabinets. Butchery staff with filthy blood stained aprons. Checkouts replaced with to many self service tills resulting in long queues and compalainig customers. This Worthing store is a disgrace .

Shopped in Morrisons, Wymondham this Morning. Wanted to buy a leg of pork but there was a chap with an aqua vac just by the wrapped fresh meat counter trying to clear a leak or something. Obviously didn’t want to be there but his attitude left a lot to be desired. We came back after ten minutes to buy the pork but were given short shrift. Left and came back for the third time when he had finished. I know accidents happen but it was his whole attitude. Then asked another assistant where something was and he didn’t even manage to speak but just pointed. Staff training is sadly not Morrisons priority. It was a miserable experience all round with some of the vegetables not very fresh although the fruit was good. Will probably will not shop here again sadly.

The best Morrisons hot pot could have been nice but every piece of lamb was a piece of fat, disgraceful and unappetising.

I and my wife were turned back from the coffee bar/Restaurant side due to shortage of Fish N Chips. This happened five times in the last three months. Will the management make available few MORE potions. So we may not come back to look somewhere else. We are regular visitor, sometime with family and friends too.

I visited a local Morrisons cafe 20/9/22 - having read media announcements about half-price breakfasts for four weeks from 28th August 2022. No such luck .... breakfasts were at full price!

First off I love Morrisons stores, recently I had to purchase a rain coat having left mine behind when I went on holiday to North Devon. I was delighted to find a sage green rain coat in the Nutmeg range in Bideford Morrisons as we were expecting some rain on our week away. Sadly, although it was supposed to be shower proof I would have stayed drier wearing just a sweat shirt. Water soaked through the back of the neck and around the waist. It cost £30 and although I have spoken to their customer service people I have been told that it will be at the store manager's discretion. Can I suggest that these products are tested before descriptions are included so customers are not mislead?

Just had my home delivery. Most of the stuff l ordered was either out of stock or substituted with things l didn't want. The reason l stopped shopping with Morrisons months ago was due to this fact and as l was offered free delivery and a money off voucher recently l decided to try your services again. Hoping things had improved. Nothing has changed. Still lots of items unavailable. Which is very inconvenient. I order online as I'm disabled and it's a help to me to get my groceries delivered. But due to the fact that much of what l ordered is not available l will now have to ask someone to shop for me at my local supermarket to get the things you couldn't deliver. So it's pointless using your online service. I understand that supermarkets may not have every item in stock for every delivery but Morrisons is by far the worst. l definitely won't be ordering from Morrison's again. I'm deleting my account.

I am a carer for my son and husband, and needed to order some groceries to be delivered today and I found out that Morrisons had a delivery slot for today,so I booked it and added items to my basket and checked out, then later on in the day my husband who is a type one diabetic, went very badly hypo, so he needed my help and he used all the emergency chocolate and some milk,so I tried to add some more items to my Morrisons order, but the cut off point had happened, other supermarkets give you until ten o'clock at night, and as a carer it is very important,I contacted someone from Morrisons and at first they were helpful, but as the conversation went on the situation got worse and even though I said that no one can drive in our house and we have no transport or support nearby, they suggested have you got anyone who can go and get some for you, and the next suggestion was why don't you book Morrisons doorstep delivery, but it was after six o'clock at night, and I no if you want to use this service you have until five o'clock in the evening

I am very disappointed to note that the last few weeks especially at ilkeston and derby the fresh goods offered have a really short sell by date. If I go shopping either on Wednesdays or Thursdays most of the stock is past the sellby date by the weekend. It is not everyone that is able to shop at weekends or want home delivery. But with a shelf life of only 2 to 3 days it is very disappointing.

Went into the Aldridge store and was looking for frozen prawns. Found the aisle which said fish but could not find any prawns or even fish. Went to ask an assistant and she showed me where the fish was and I pointed out they were in a different aisle to where the sign was and she just shrugged her shoulders. Contacted Head Office to point this out and received a reply apologising saying they would contact store manager to get this sorted. Nearly two weeks later nothing has changed, still showing in wrong aisle. Also, when we was in today wanted to buy toilet rolls, yet there were no prices on most of them and could not find an assistant to ask, so bought some from another store.

Only the fish counter This time the mackerel filets weren't deboned properly and half of the fin was still on Was not good experience But there is more often than not a problem with the fish counter Not sure the person running the fish counter knows what they are doing

I used to buy my fish at Morrison but I've noticed lately that their fish are not as fresh like they used to be. For example the other day I bought fresh sea bass and they didn't taste nice and freshly pack sardines, they left my mouth stingy..
