Disgraceful customer service by Tracey at tobacco kiosk. She needs to be educated to respect the customer. I will refuse to be served by her in the future. Derek Page.

home delivery is a absolute nightmare for the part sighted, all,for the blind person that cannot bend down all cannot see the products in the delivery baskets. To take out of the basket and with no help from the delivery driver, and half the products were missing from the order some were substituted with cheaper product. but they did not take the money off the final bill as it was the same, bill. that it was before. the reductions were supposed to be taken off, and so I was totally taken advantage of and I was robbed by morrisons and she'll never be buying from them again as

Has turned out today,

Useless place to go to, many inoperative self service stations, shop lifters not detained (any body who does is sacked). No Butchers, fish monger etc ...

I visited the St Ives store yesterday at 4pm. All the freezers were broken down so no frozen food. There was virtually no cheese or fresh chilled items. The vegetable and fruit aisles had huge gaps of missing produce. The food part of the store looked chaotic with untidy shelves and scattered items. There were very few staff and I saw no attempts to restock or tidy shelves. This is not the first time I have experienced no stock in this store. It seems the management choose not to employ enough staff. I left and went to Tesco Huntingdon where shelves were stocked and tidy. I don't think I'll set foot in Morrisons again, even if passing by. They are the worst supermarket in this area.

I was in my local Morrisons. There wasn't enough staff and when you see a manager close to tears it's appalling that they are under so much pressure. and when staff that are there looking under pressure to do more then they should because you can't afford the staff you don't deserve to be open you going to lose good staff that you got shame on you disgusting .

If I could I would leave a minus number. I had a problem adding my debit card to do online shopping, reporting this issue in 2024. All I keep getting is that it has been passed to the IT Department, and then only when I contact them. They don’t keep me up to date unless I get in touch. I find this extremely poor customer service.

15mins in que at till , just one particular till attendant, none stop talking, shes always the same and doesn't mind voicing her opinion to the paying customer telling me if I don't like it there are plenty more customers ,how disgusting, don't ask for proof because you know who it is none stop talking as long as she's one bugger the customer, you know which till attendant it is , your company should deal with her ,

Have spent £80/week on average at morrisons. Shopped yesterday, forgot to give £7 rebate voucher so went in today with £89 till slip and voucher, asking if could please get my £7. Staff member at cigarettes counter was adamant nothing could be done. When I said things like that weren't a problem at Sainbury's and, for that reason, morrisons had just lost a client, her reply to me was: "Fine!". Ah well, at least morrisons are consistent in their attitude, lacking as much loyalty towards their own company as they do towards clients 😂.

The pricing is absolutely disgusting! Beginning of this week Coconut and pineapple Tropicana juice (800ml) was 1.75 (not on offer!) today it's 3.50 This is just one example. Meat prices are incredibly out of control!! Time for me to look into order somewhere else.

Has anyone noticed the considerable price increase on most items on the online shop compared to the supermarket? This is a review to WARN other customers. The first item I noticed it on is Milk 4 Pints, this is £1.65 in the store but £2.00 online, similarly 6 pints £2.40 in store but £2.95 online. Another item l buy quite often is Morrisons Spreadable butter £2.18 in store, £3.10 online. I had started an online shop and put these 2 items in my basket when l noticed these massive price increases, if you do the maths on the Morrisons Spreadable butter that is a 42% price increase! If you check most other items you will see a similar price increase. I promptly took the items out of the basket, cancelled my delivery slot. I did check other supermarkets online and there are no similar price increases? ‘SHAME ON YOU Morrisons’.

I ordered 3 sandwich platters from the Walderslade branch via click and collect. My order was to be collected between 10am - 11am and I arrived at 10:40am, within my time slot. I parked in a bay and followed Morrisons emails instructions which let's them know I'm waiting for my order and where I'm parked. After 15 minutes of waiting in my car with no order recieved I go into the store to see what's happened. I can see my sandwich platters in a crate by the newspapers, not refrigerated just in their original wrapping. I asked the shop assistant to confirm the sandwich plattes are a click and collect order and when she did I told her they were mine. I asked why they hadn't been bought to my car and how long had they been sitting in the shop without being refrigerated. She didn't apologise and told me they had been sitting in the shop out of the fridge since 10am. I picked up all of my order, no help offered, they didn't even ask me for proof this was my order. I could've been anyone. Luckily the sandwiches were ok. I made a complaint to Morrisons and this is their response: 1. You have to ask for food to be refrigerated. Really Morrisons, if I was click and collecting frozen food would you leave it out to defrost. Chilled meats, milk on a hot day.Not sure if Environmental Health - Food Standards would agree with you. 2.Morrisons told me that I should've called Customer Services if my food hadn't been bought out to me, whilst waiting in my car. Why would I call customer services when I'm outside the shop, most people would go into the shop and ask what's happened. I don't have all day to sit on the phone to go through the options, press 1 for this and 2 for that, especially when my food is out of the fridge getting warm. Anyway, Morrsons said I paid 50p for my click and collect order so as a good will gesture they will give me £2 Cheers!! I think I'll stick with my original food store from now on. Better customer service but most importantly I recieve my click and collect order without any issues, my food is also kept chilled without me asking.

Won't be using Morrisons again following the recent sacking of of one of your managers. He isn't the criminal here, the shoplifter is

I used to shop at Morrisons because you could get quality food for good prices but prices have gone through the roof on basic food stuff and things like ready meals. I’m going back to Sainsburys because the price is the same.

Horrifying. Groceries should have been left outside my door, as previously and as promised. Instead, the man hammered relentlessly and shouted my forename for 15 minutes. I’m terminally ill, can’t get to the door and had a panic attack. Diabolical.

After 5 years of choosing NOT to shop at Morrisons I made the mistake of shopping there on 8/3/2026. I was annoyingly disappointed to find that they are still Scamming customers with their 'Offers'. They display offers at a lower price but charge FULL price at the checkout. SO DO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. If you do not and return later with your receipt to query this you will be met by, in my experience, an obnoxious rude member of staff who told me they cannot refund the difference unless you bring the product back with your receipt. In my case my overcharge was on Frozen products which I was not prepared to remove from my freezer to return them, as I live 12miles away from my nearest Morrisons store! It is precisely for the reason above that I stopped shopping with them Five years ago. They continually overcharged on 'Offers' and after Five years I had shopped there again and forgotten to check my receipt. So ironically in a nut shell I PAID THE PRICE!! NO CHANGE THERE THAN MORRISONS.....SHAME ON YOU.

Morrisons are not doing themselves any favours with their policy of THEY choose a substitute whether you want it or not. They say that if it is not acceptable then give it back to the driver and the customer will be refunded - what?! Extra work for me to track everything including the refund. I have contacted Morrisons again and again to give customers the substitute OPTION that every other supermarket gives. It's not funny either when the delivery turns up and time and time again Morrisons don't have a percentage of what is ordered, so one left with a load of substitutes. If I was actually in the shop and they didn't have what I wanted I would leave it. You need to do something about this Morrisons, I am not the only one who feels this way, the majority do, so I don't know why you continue this absolutely ridiculous stance.
