“I am extremely disappointed with Morrisons at Brentford Waterside, TW8, due to the excessive noise coming from their industrial fans, which run 24/7 without any break. The noise is unbearably loud, making it impossible to sleep or enjoy any peace at home.
Despite multiple complaints, Morrisons has failed to resolve this issue. They acknowledge the problem internally but refuse to take real action. Their response has been slow and dismissive, showing no concern for the residents suffering due to their negligence.
In addition to the noise, foul smells are also coming from the back of the store, further affecting our quality of life.
I strongly urge Morrisons to take responsibility and fix this ongoing problem. Until then, I do not recommend this store to anyone living nearby. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability!”

The store who offered me a £2 voucher which wouldn’t even cover the purchase price. I pointed this out to them. I was then offered a refund if I go back to this store I informed them this store is 45 minutes from my home and as an alternative could they not offer me a gift voucher for my local store which is 5 minutes away but they said this was impossible. Very bad customer service I will no longer be shopping in any Morrisons store in future.”

“We were overcharged at Morrison Daily Belle Vue. After 8 pm, we came there to get some discounted items (pastries) but the Indian staff said nothing about the total payment, she just scanned and typed and waited for us to pay. Bad customer service though.”
“Fraudulently said I collected my order when I didn't. After waiting 15 minutes after the collection time I went in store and told them I couldn't wait any longer. They rang through to them and said he's bringing it out now so I went back to the click and collect and waiting another 15 minutes and nobody came. I went back to customer services and told them I couldn't wait any longer. Later in the day i received an email receipt for my 'collected' order! I rang customer services and they contacted the store who said they kept the order in case I wanted to go back. I said they know I couldn't because I was going to work so they said they would refund the order and issue a £20 voucher and that I would receive the voucher via email and the refund confirmation. I received the voucher but not the refund conformation so I contacted them again the following day via email and was advised the order was delivered (it wasn't a delivery order) and that they would issue a £5 voucher but not a refund. Clearly Deborah didn't contact the store otherwise she would have been told by them that I didn't get the order so I contacted head office again on the phone and was advised that Tara in store had confirmed to them that she would cancel the order and that I would receive an email confirming the refund and that they would send me a £6 voucher! I still haven't received the refund but so far have £31 in vouchers when I don't ever want to shop at Morrisons again!”
“Half the items missing, I have a video of the delivery because the caretaker sent it to me from the CCTV as evidence. Called them twice, first time I was told I'd be called back but never was, second time told that they have opened the investigation and will get back to me but never did. Opened a "missing items" thingy on the website and got an email saying they will take 72 hours to investigate, which later simply vanished into nothing as I can't even access that area of the website anymore / it's just empty now and they ignored my reply via email. What the actual F***??? This has to be illegal. First and last time doing business with you c****.”
