“After shopping online with Morrisons for years the fresh food and fruit they send out every week Is always non consumable . I have complained every week to train the pickers to pick fresh not fruit or veg or fresh meat that is in the last day off dates and some fruit can't even eat! It has got to the point now to shop elsewhere. If I was a shop online picker i would only be picking the freshest off the foods to go out of the shop! If I do a online food order for 3 /4 meals for the week I don't want food that has a date on for the day after don't ! Im not going to cook it all at once! Terrible service Morrisons.... Retrain your pickers to pick fresh and long dated stuff!”
“I received n envelope addressed to my containing a set of vouchers £19 to use in store against purchases. I produced a £1 voucher for bakery. It was refused. Told to contact customer service and they would send a new set. I did. They asked for the envelope which had gone to recycle. Like always I put the vouchers in my purse. I explained I did not have the envelope just all the vouchers. Most I cannot use as an elderly woman I do not use some vouchers. They message back saying without the envelope they could do nothing. I am really angry that as a long term customer my honesty is called into question. Will look for a new store. Appalling customer service.”
“Every single time I have used Morrisons local in Guildford (Stoughton road) the price advertised on goods is different to the one charged. I have raised this with their customer services and they have used excuses such as pricing is different in store to online. This is not the issue I’m raising - the price on the shelf in store differs from the price charged in the same store. They don’t accept responsibility and the incorrect pricing continues. Suggest avoid this store.”
“App prices are not indicative of actual store prices. Staff unhelpful/surly. Receipt shows more paid than shelf prices. Ridiculous. Won't be shopping at Morrisons again.”
“I went into Morrisons in Redditch, to do my shopping and I seen a cleaning woman with glasses being really rude to her staff, i really felt so sorry for that staff member it looked like they was about to cry.”
“Turned up at Morrisons Carlisle store at 10am to buy some Fillet Steak advertised on tv for half price , lo and behold I was told there was none as the delivery didn’t come. The butcher couldn’t look me in the eye so I knew he was lying and had probably been told not to put any out on the Sunday morning . I think it’s terrible that a store the size of Morrisons likes to dupe its customers into thinking they have great offers on when they don’t actually exist.”
“At the start of the month I found a metal shard in some Morrisons own bread rolls. Fortunately I realized in time and spat it out before it was consumed. I reported immediately and was asked for an array of information (batch number etc.) which I'm sure is important if there has been a contamination but also a picture of the roll and where exactly located in the roll the shard was... I have finally heard back today to be told they "have found no signs of damage or wear on their equipment" and that I'm being sent a £2 voucher, sorry for the experience. The voucher isn't really necessary more alarmingly I've seen no alerts or warning in the store that there may have been an issue, despite being requested to post the shard and the packaging”
“Bought 2x sandwich platters for my 84 year old mum and her friends for VE Day celebration, along with some cake platters.
The sandwich platters were extremely disappointing, the ladies could not believe that there was No butter on the sandwiches. Come on Morrisons, at the price you charge a little butter would be nice!!”
“Terrible!! Thought I'd do a test online order as I usually shop at Tesco. Everything seemed ok until I checked out then several items were said to be unavailable even though they were available on the website. The next day I get a text saying other items were also unavailable.
When the driver turned up he said the baked goods I had ordered and were unavailable didn't get baked until later in the day and would only be available if my delivery slot was later in the day. I order 12 cans of pop, but only 8 turned up even though on the drivers sheet it said 12 had been dispatched.
Overall a terrible first shop. I'll stick to Tesco where I hardly ever get an unavailable.”
“My wife and I spend a lot of money in morrisons, but the steak and ale pie was appalling, advitised as steak and ale pasty ,it was more like a stew ,potatoes, onion, carrots, and a minimal amount of steak which was inedible, please sort it out as as far as we are concerned morrisons is value and top products
Kind regards
Malcolm smith”
“If you shop in Morrisons hatch end
And have ever used the 8 for £10 offer that has been running for a few weeks in the frozen section please check your bills because the discount is not being applied. I was over charged by £13 pounds and had to argue for half an hour with the assistant manager
pav who was very arrogant and even when the lady on the till told him it was a recurring problem didn’t really want to admit to it.”
“I frequently use self serve and very frequently the discounts are not applied, finally gave up today and left the shopping in the till. Sick of waiting in customer service queues for refund.
Morrisons your useless and I’m boycotting them from now on, over priced and fleece you with not applied discounts at self serve.”
“I am extremely disappointed with Morrisons at Brentford Waterside, TW8, due to the excessive noise coming from their industrial fans, which run 24/7 without any break. The noise is unbearably loud, making it impossible to sleep or enjoy any peace at home.
Despite multiple complaints, Morrisons has failed to resolve this issue. They acknowledge the problem internally but refuse to take real action. Their response has been slow and dismissive, showing no concern for the residents suffering due to their negligence.
In addition to the noise, foul smells are also coming from the back of the store, further affecting our quality of life.
I strongly urge Morrisons to take responsibility and fix this ongoing problem. Until then, I do not recommend this store to anyone living nearby. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability!”
“I purchased Yogurt from your Patrick Store last Friday which was 4 days out of date which is disgraceful. I complained to y
The store who offered me a £2 voucher which wouldn’t even cover the purchase price. I pointed this out to them. I was then offered a refund if I go back to this store I informed them this store is 45 minutes from my home and as an alternative could they not offer me a gift voucher for my local store which is 5 minutes away but they said this was impossible. Very bad customer service I will no longer be shopping in any Morrisons store in future.”
“SHAME ON MORRISONS
It is sad to note that 15 months on since the PALESTINIANS GENOCIDE started and morrisons is still sourcing Israeli products. A state which has been designated APARTHEID STATE by HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH and AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL. UN has declared that Israel is committing Palestinian Genocide and INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT has issued INTERNATIONAL ARREST WARRANTS for israeli PM Natanyahu and his government, who have conducted a reign of terror on Palestinian civilians resulting in the loss of 50,000 plus innocent lives, mainly women and children, millions displaced and a systematic destruction of their homes, livelihoods and infrastructure.
I take issue with morrisons and, its simple, why are we as customers made to buy products made and grown from the occupied Palestinians lands.
Morrisons is irresposible and worse complicit in the PALESTINIAN GENOCIDE by the very fact that it's aiding and abetting a GENOCIDAL APARTHIED STATE and placing products on British table from UN recognised Occupied Palestinians lands.
I say NO to Israeli products and demand morrisons stop exposing unsuspecting British consumers to unethically sourced blood products from a GENOCIDAL APARTHIED REGIME.”
“Dreadful service, 2 late deliveries, missed items and no phone calls to advise of late deliveries, then when I requested transcripts of phone calls I was informed I was not allowed to have them, really?”
