It is a small store but convenient and we were very pleased with the Cromer crab cocktails we had for our meal this evening. Good selection of beers and smashing Yorkshire cheese. I do lots of baking so like their eggs, dried fruit and choice of butters and flour.”
“Hello i am providing feedback on a recent experience at Morrison’s Harwood Bolton. I visited the store and asked Mandy on the customer kiosk if they sold PS4 games and did they have Call of Duty WW11 .She rang someone called Sue on Home and Leisure who told her that she would check the drawer. which she did and there was none there. But Sue advised Mandy that there had been a delivery and she would check to see if there was 1 in the new batch. If i left my phone number she would call me to advise. I then got a call not 10 minutes later from Sharon on customer services telling me one had been left for me at the kiosk. WOW i don't know whether having found the popular item or the magnificent customer service and team effort from these 3 ladies bowled me over the most. What a great experience that I just had to share...some wouldn't have even bothered to look but they went the extra mile and more well done ladies and Morrison’s Harwood Bolton”

“Fish and chips in cafe are the best in Lincoln. The price is a bargain. Have tried the expensive restaurants and the quality of the fish is nowhere near as good. Then I have bread and butter pudding and custard just like home made for £1. Absolutely delicious.”

“I have always found the staff at my local branch of Morrisons extremely helpful, going and getting items if you can't find them and always going into the warehouse to check if they have an item if the shelf is empty. They advise of any special offers that they have going on and if they can see that I could save money they will tell me. If I've said that I want to cook a special meal they have even helped me with that. If I've happened to go into the shop late and it is close to the closing time (which I always strive to not do) they have never once made me feel guilty over it (which I do naturally feel guilty over) and have never once tried to rush me along. I've been in other supermarkets and 45 mins before closing there is a tannoy announcement to say the store is closing in 45 mins and to make your way to the tills with your purchases - this message is then repeated every 5 mins and does make you feel guilty and under pressure, just not so with Morrisons :)”
