“I've enjoyed a number of Mountain Warehouse clothing products. The value is unbeatable. I can't say the same for their shoes. The outsole has broken down rather quickly. While the shoes are two years old they have seen minimal use compared to a pair of Columbia's that are going strong after five years. They need to improve on the outsole material.”

“I order my son a jacket for school ans was a bit worried l9oking at the comments but to be fair ti them it arrived very quickly and my son is very happy (so far) time will tell o. tHe quality when schools go back, finigers crossed this one lasts abit longer”

“good quality products. found what I needed. Reasonable delivery time. terrible refund policy. after i personally paid for return postage, they deducted $15 from my return simply for processing it. if i had understood this I wouldn't have bought from them as other companies give you free return postage and deduct this amount from your refund, with no charge for processing. first time i have come across this. very unhappy.”

“Anything I've bought from Mountain Warehouse, including a sleeping bag and two-person tent, was a good deal and arrived quickly. I usually check the clearance items on the website, which often offers very good deals. The only clothing I've bought has been easy-fit stuff like cycling jerseys and tee-shirts, and they've been good. A camp cooking kit was half the price of the high-end brand it replaced and has been just as good.”

“Got kid's apparels, arrived on time , but size was an issue. Winter jacket , size 5-6 years, fitted exactly my very average 3.9 years old.”

“No issues with the products or price. However their standard delivery courier is DHL, THAT is the problem. I never have problems with any other courier BUT DHL, 3 days now, "delivered - not delivered - waiting delivery - sorry but your parcel was put in the wrong pile (?huh?) - unfortunately we missed the driver, etc,etc, the errors go on and on and on. Phone back to Mountain Warehouse and they can only confirm the parcel has been picked up and that is is out for delivery....Monday received notification my order is out for delivery, now its Friday and still waiting. Pity customers can not select the delivery courier alternate to DHL. I order many items online and DHL is the worst courier! I may shop elsewhere if only to get another delivery service provider”

“I recently purchase a festival tent, for myself for a couple on nights backpacking along the Cornwall coast, The weather wasn't dry and we had some showers, it became apparent quite quickly that the tent was not water proof and not fit for purpose, the camping gear got wet in the night and spoilt what should have been a fantastic short break. I have been to many festivals over the years and was not expecting a lot for the money I paid, but did expect it would do want it set on the packaging be fit for the length of a festival come rain or shine NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“Poor quality jacket definitely not worth the RRP, leaks feathers all over and the stitching has come apart at seam after ten days of wear. Nice and warm though.”

“Happy with price and quality of good bought in shop but so disappointed that the young man behind the counter serving me at the Chichester branch couldn’t look up from his phone that was under the counter to either look at me or make any pleasantries at all. What has happened to training to be pleasant to customers?”

“Sent wrong sized item which I returned but then didn't get in time for the trip I had planned. Have emailed to say new size has been dispatched but still not delivered. Hopefully will come today.”

“Products are sold as being discounted but in fact the quality of the product is reflected in the price - LOW. Reasonable value if you accept that you're getting a low quality product at a low price.”
