The sizes are not accurate. I wear a 12, but ordered a 14 and the coat fits like a 10. The color isn't Navy. It's more like what you call, Persian Blue. I paid $10 for delivery (ridiculous) and then they want an additional $5 to send it back. Then, they require a printer on hand to print out the USPS slip at the moment. No option to email it for print later. They're years behind the time on going the extra mile for customer service, product verification (quality check) to ensure customers are getting what they're expecting and then taking responsibility for return shipping when the item sizes are clearly not accurate, plus there is no option for immediate exchange if I had wanted to do that. The product is clearly overpriced. It came highly wrinkled and the back side of the coat appears defected with inability to lay flat. The pic. to the actual product isn't equivalent. 1st purchase and last purchase. Highly disappointed and appears to be a hassle to return or exchange for something else. These days, when you burn a bridge on 1st experience, it's harder to retain a customer or convince them to give the company another shot. I'm taking this as an unrecovered loss and will go back to in person purchases. Living in Pacific NW, I really needed this coat!

Minutes after ordering, I realized mediums would not fit and called to cancel. They lied and said they would put in a cancel. Instead, I received the too small items and now get to return them. They don't give a full refund. They lie. And the quality is not so good either. Avoid.

Twice when returning items (with tags, within the allowed time, perfect condition) they did not refund the tax paid. (Canada) I called and got the run around and then was told the tax would be refunded, yet it never was. I'm sure CRA would like to know this.

Really bad company for ordering online do not use them or if you do double check item otherwise you can't cancel or fix item after purchase called the customer care the can't do anything about it I asked to speak to the manager the responds was he was busy. Better go in-store and if you want to return item they charge you. By the way I made my order and in less than 30mins I realized I ordered a men's jacket twice my size and all I wanted to do was change it to women's in the right size. Terrible online company😠😠 I must say the lady was really nice and polite. That's why I gave them a two star.

The same size of shoes differs significantly from one pair to another.

Ordered hiking pants. I have a 36 waist and it's what I ordered. These pants run big! The elastic isn't anything like my other hiking pants. They are big around the legs and the material is very thin. I need to wear a belt. Won't be buying anything else from them.

Sizes are not true and the returns process is ridiculous and designed to prevent a return or refund.Stay clear

I ordered the Zenith Extreme II Mens 3-in-1 Jacket £219. The outside is showerproof, wind proof and finished to a reasonable standard. However, inside the padding lacked warmth (with medium weight sweater) poor quality seams ( when compared with C&A jacket for 39 euro ). Jamming inside zip also due to poor finish. Both sleeve fasteners broke after a couple of days. Suggest company changes supplier or quality controller. Ok for an early winter jacket but nothing below 6-8c.

I bought a pair of boots which were their own brand and appeared well made. It’s my own fault but I bought the size I always but thinking they were a little on the small side for my usual size but they might stretch or give a little but they didn’t. They were women’s boots and the sole was too thin so I could feel every stone. Couldn’t return them so they are now in the bin.

Initially I recieved my order very quickly only took 3-5 days max which I thought was awesome especially with the way mail way being delayed at that time. I realized I had ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange, again initially the online support was very prompt in helping me get the right papers to send back and receive an exchange. After paying over $20 to mail back my item I heard nothing so I tried emailing again and now they've stopped answering withing their "48 hour" timeframe. Finally I get a reply saying they did exchange my item, day or 2 later I get an email telling me they don't actually have my size in that item anymore so I email them back asking about details as to how to get a different pair instead, again no answer so I gave up and called. The lady on the phone was nice, we ended up deciding on refunding me for the item because there were no shoes in that price range. Somehow she ended up refunding me $45.99 rather than the $74 I paid for the shoes with taxes. So now I am currently waiting to get all of that figured out as the new person I'm speaking to has no clue how the first lady I talked to refunded me a completely wrong amount. I was also told that some people wait longer than I have to get returns and exchanges figured out which is absolutely insane to me. And don't even get me started on the fact that i had to pay $20 for shipping just for them not to be able to exchange them for me because stores were closed at the time. Waste of time ordering online. Dont do it. And dont try to email them to resolve conflict. Always phone.

No response to query about the status of the shipping of my order. In tracking the status, it appeared to be stuck in New York. I received my neck gaiters today and am very disappointed. They aren't even hemmed.

Placed a next day order for a number of items for a walking holiday. One item was missing from the order. Requested a refund which was issued but only after I printed off, signed, scanned and returned a document. Requested a refund for my delivery charge but it was rejected and I was told my order had arrived the next day. I challenge this as my full order did not arrive. Refunding delivery would have been a nice gesture to apologise for the inconvenience and not receiving my order in full. Mountain Warehouse should realise a small amount to you would have made my happy and kept my custom.

Even if you order the same style and product number their garments vary in size and cut tremendously. When you return it because of this you do not get your postage refunded. This is unfair as I collected and returned to store and I bought replacement goods. This fiasco cost me money. I wouldn't buy online again.

second bottle of protective spray that arrived with the cap loose and the entire contents spilled in the packaging, which I had to clean up. The first first time it was about a 3rd that spilled. What a waste of time and money - they did not fix the problem with the cap as it comes loose very easily.

Lost order somewhere in dispatch process. Had to be chased. Polite but taking up to 48 hours to respond.

Products are always advertised at “half price” yet if you look at the full price it’s ridiculous for the poor quality you get! £80 for a pair of leaky wellies, really? Wake up people MWH make the products so they can set the rrp to what they like in order to “discount” it!

I was given a mountain warehouse waterproof jacket for Christmas - apparently cost over £150 It had its first real test this tea time in a snow / sleet storm while waiting for a bus The jacket is not waterproof as advertised and the outer layer seeped water Definitely upset because my children bought me this Now I have to return it - I have all the paperwork for it thankfully
