“The towel rail I purchased was a perfect replacement for the old broken one.But with one issue.That being 1 of the extending rails was marginally too wide compared to the other 1. The metal rail was about 1mm too wide and consequently seized up in the plastic slide. I used WD40 which helped a bit.I am hoping with use it will free up.The quality otherwise was excellent, the new metal one is a big improvement over the old plastic one. So all in all a happy bunny!”

“I bought the Mayfair 60L Recyle Bin at a much lower price than other suppliers. It's a great product and replaces three separate bins for kitchen waste, recycling and general rubbish. MP Homewares customer service was excellent, including responding to an email query on a Saturday. Delivery was fast and well communicated.”

“The replacement soft-close toilet seat I purchased was of good quality, though I had to use superglue to secure the brass fitting inside the rubber housing as it became detached after a very short time. The product's biggest weakness was the lack of written instructions. From the illustrations it appeared it was possible to secure the seat in three different ways, but there was no guidance as to which was best in any particular situation.”

“The product i wanted wasn't in stock but MP has an add-on that provides for notice to be given by email when back in stock. Just a couple of days later I received an email to that effect. i ordered the item and it was delivered the next day. Not only that the colour was just as advertised. Perfect. Excellent service . Thank you”
