“Price and ease of ordering on their site was great. Shipping was not to expectations as I was informed that my order was delayed, not because they didn't have stock, but because they "Had too much business". Although I appreciated the notification of delay beyond the planned 2 weeks of normal processing, the notification did not provide any indication or estimation of when the order would ship. So I asked to cancel the items I ordered and suddenly I recieved confirmation of shipment. Will not purchase from MTC again.”

“These plates are perfect. I had the smaller size and wanted to get the 11" ones and they are solid, well made and the design is unique. We love them! The only compliant I have is the over packaging. I get that they are plates and need to be well packaged but there was a horrific amount of bubble wrapping in that packaging - a lot of waste that I felt guilty about.”

“I like your website, no animations and easy to find the products that I'm looking for. I'm tempted to take one star away for how long it takes to get your orders out the door. It was about two weeks for my first order, a bit longer for the second. However, when the second order wasn't shipping, I emailed your customer support team and explained that I would soon be departing the location the knife was shipping too and wanted to have it before I left. Someone in you customer service department responded right away and made sure my knife shipped that same day. I can't find that email this morning to thank your agent by name, but she did a great job for me.”
