“I was happy to discover the MTC website because it features several items that I had been searching for. The transaction went smoothly. The item arrived when promised, and there were regular delivery progress emails. I wish the shipping was a bit quicker, though.”

“MTC carries a great selection of items for chefs. However, they have a huge problem. As a first time client; 3 Days after ordering I received an email acknowledging the order and then stating: "We are still processing your order"...."Please note for ground shipping orders it will take 5-6 business days to process". Now, 5 days (3 business days) after the order they are obviously sticking to their statement! I received no other emails and my Shop app says, "order placed". By now, with any of their primary competitors, I would have received my order. This is an unacceptable business protocol and eventually the market (people like you and me) will avoid ordering from them and their "we are sorry our shipping process has been delayed as a high volume of orders" statement caveat will be null. That's how basic economics works.”
