I regularly order MuscleFood chocolate orange flavoured protein bars to help with my weight loss journey. They are deliciously flavoured and a fantastic, nutritious, alternative if you have a sweet tooth. Always a good price and always delivered on time. I would recommend MuscleFood to anyone starting on their healthier eating, way of life. Thanks Guys x

Food was really good. Delivery was very poor. The tracking links didn't work and when I opened the package one pot that had no seal and had leaked over everything and the pots had started defrosting. Everything was soaking wet.

Okay so I placed an order on the 19th. DPD couldn't deliver due to perishable goods. Contacted customer service took an age to get back to me. Offered me free prep pots I do not eat any pre prepared food. (Never received them anyway )Ended up having to stock up from elsewhere. No offer of compensating me for the inconvenience. Highly dissapointed and will be sourcing from elsewhere now like my local farm shop. My order turned up today battered box and the white bag was open so much for sealed to keep food fresh. Appalling

Overall very poor quality food. Chicken rubbery. Mince mostly sauce. Rice and potato undercooked. Everything thing tastes weird , like plastic? All the sauce in my 10 different pots tastes the same, kind of like salsa but not nice salsa. It's a Shame because muscle food used to do nice frozen pots( satay and Thai green curry available in most shops)years ago but now the quality isn't there. It was a struggle to get through them all. Definitely won't be buying again. Don't waste your money

I thought the quality might not be that great due to the price of the product, but I’ve been amazed at how good all of it is. Will definitely be placing another order soon.

The quality of the meat is excellent. I was fed up of getting rubbish meat from the supermarket so decided to try muscle food and i won't be going back. Lots to choose from and it's always well packaged.

Excellent quality food, really tasty , great portions, love the cookies especially chocolate fudge. My partner and myself order from muscle foods all the time .

I stopped using musclefood after they updated their website. My old subscription was transferred across but because it was an "old" subscription I was unable to edit the items/delivery day without emailing customer services. Customer Services are very difficult to get hold of as you cannot phone them. After asking to cancel my account, I still received an order. And although I have been told via email my account is closed, it still shows as active. I have contacted my bank to cancel the recurring card payment.

Muscle food was initially a really good service. Unfortunately it has rapidly declined in the last year. The meal kits shipped with fresh ingredients have disappeared from the menu, replaced with all frozen ready meals. Order picking also seems to have gone down hill, most of my recent orders had items missing. Finally the customer service is virtually non existent with no contact via telephone and just a web bot that says “leave a message”

Up to the change in website I would say that this was 4* - but this week no response from the "chat' method of communication that only works during office hours - not everyone can spend time at work dealing with issues by the way - means unwanted boxes will be delivered. Don't say you will respond if you have no intention to do so.

Great value. The meat is delicious and fresh. No Shrinkage, no added water or junk. I can highly recommend the chicken burgers.
