Small portions, don't belive in macro values, some of the boxes like sweat chilli chicken or black bean chicken absolutely tasteless. Would not recommend to a friend.

I am still awaiting my order that I placed on 25th March and should have been delivered on 27th. I checked the status on your automated bot and it told me to allow a couple of extra days due to high volume of orders. When I still heard nothing I emailed your customer support desk, but still had no update yet and today is 2nd April. Receiving your request for review of your services today made me smile, what services?? Nothing has been delivered! My order reference is 6125. I would appreciate an update on when my order will be sent and what discount/refund I will be receiving due to the poor service and response.

Cannot tell you how good the meat is, it’s so fresh & tastes amazing. Will never go back to supermarket meat again

Used to be better. Last few times stuff hasnt been available with my order then they didnt refund the full amount. Also their new website whilst it looks 'nicer' is less user freindly and has less functionality. Ill be avoiding them for a while.

This is my second order from Muscle food and am really impressed. The quality of meat is very good. I like that you can choose your own delivery date and there is so much variety to choose from.

Two deliveries and both missing items the latest one 4 items, I will try once more as the food is actually good but they need to sort out their packaging people. First issue sorted with a voucher (I didn’t need a voucher but was given it) second order here’s a voucher, no, I want my items or a refund! Waiting for a response so will reply to this post if it is successful.

Recently encountered an issue after my first order. I have used this service before with no issues. It appears the new website might not be as user friendly as the old website. Without access to my account I could not change my orders. With their reset password option not working I am left logged out no control of whats being delivered or what I am being charged for. Very dissapointed, granted a helpful customer support team who send you one email per day to help you try and reslove your 'user error' as it definetly is not their problem..

I have been a regular customer for a number of year and primarily order 5kg chicken breasts, rump steaks and prepped pots. The quality has always been excellent, full of flavour, steaks that melt in your mouth and I liked the fact that I could change my delivery whenever I wanted, however this has changed. I realise the price of produce has gone up and I don't mind paying extra to get the service I want but that has not been the case. I now have to check the chicken breasts for bones and gristle and the steak is often full of fat and sinew that can't be eaten. Also the chicken used to come double packed but now it's not and drips over the rest of my order. Lastly the website has changed and now I can't see my subscription order, I don't know when it's due, I can't add to it or change the date of delivery without contacting customer service. If this is the new look website, I think its a step backwards and I'm not happy with it.

For my past three deliveries, the bacon medallions haven't been of great quality. They've been thin, fatty, and they break when you try to separate them from the others.

Generally value compare to what you can get from supermarkets, however the range of choices are quite limited. There aren't any subscription to reduce the cost of delivery. And the packaging maybe on the lower cost side, but it seems less recyclable.

Really disappointed with musclefood to be honest. As a former long term customer I gave it a break due to lack of options. The food available on food plans literally never changed or wasn’t available. I thought I’d give it another go to then see 99% of the options are now frozen pots. Who wants frozen ready meals every day?! All the fresh options I used to like have disappeared. Also there needs to be better meaty high protein snacks not 100 chocolate bars or crisps. I hope you take feedback on board as the plan worked for me calorie wise just got very boring and repetitive.

Unfortunately they have changed their website which no longer allows you to cancel, change, or edit your subscription, this includes delivery dates or food items. Their website now states to talk to customer services, which is pretty much non existent. Now I’m stuck in a subscription I no longer wish to have. I have had no choice but to block musclefood as a merchant via my bank, but they still try to take money. Avoid this company.

Food quality is good but, following price increases, I am finding supermarkets to be cheaper. The new website is awful for managing subscriptions. Customer service took two days to reply to my cancellation request. I had to cancel my debit card to prevent the order going through. If prices come down we may place a one time order again but won’t lock in a subscription with this new system.

I’ve been a muscle food customer for about 4 years. I’ve noticed quality has reduced recently. Bones found in the chicken breast. Recent website migration has been poor for existing users as it left them unable to manage their account or subscriptions. 4 days after asking for my account to be removed as I don’t have the ability to do it myself, I’m still waiting for this to be done. Shame, it used to be a great company.

Have used these for a couple of years but they have changed the website so you are no longer able to manage your account. I emailed before the cut off time to cancel an order that was due but they emailed me the next day confirming my order and took the money from my bank! Sorted eventually but I have cancelled my account. Apparently prepped pots is the new, but same (!!!) company so will try them.
