“Had a subscription with them for £29.99 was told they have moved to a different website (prepped pots) and to cancel my subscription and renew on the new website. I went to do this and the price is now £39.99 no thanks”

“Hi It is my first time to order from musclefood.I tried the protei bars which were nice.However disappointed with the delivery as the package which also included chicken sausages were left outside the building for hours before I managed to trace it and hence affecting the product. Xx”

“Poor service, over charging on delivery once again it seems like they do anything to take more money which is a shame. The meat itself appears worse and worse each time I receive it, with short use by dates, bones in chicken breast and chewy steaks… struggling to see reason to keep using the site”

“These used to be a very affordable quick and easy meals. But recently there has been a price increase which would cost me over 60GBP extra per year. The issue is there has been no improvement in quality and flavour to justify this. Also, it is annoying to see how they treat loyal customers (over 6 years) . There now is a new website to handle subscriptions, however you are not transfered automatically. You need to cancel and re subscribe to the prepped pods plan and that's when you get charged with the increased price and this is not communicated with existing customers, you have to enquire about the price differences. The meals remain decent but with the increased price I would expect a bigger portion or tastier food. Also, the containers the food arrives in leak and get everything dirty.”

“Used them for years with a subscription. They’ve now changed what ever and it’s completely shocking. Tried to change the date for over a week no one contacted me so they took the money and never got the food and then took days to get the money back and the customer service is SHOCKING. Sad because it used to be easy.”

“Zero customer service support, the food tastes disgusting would never order from this company again. The food was meant to be delivered within the dedicated time slot by the courier but was 4 hours late which meant the food packaging wrapped in ice had all melted and was soaking wet. Not to mention I ordered 7 days worth of food to later find that I only had enough food for 6 days worth so they made me pay for 7 days and did me out of a days worth of food!! How charming! Absolutely disgusting company! Avoid like the plague!!!!”
