“Really enjoyed my 1st order! Food is delicious and portions are a good size. Reason for 4 stars is the packaging… there were 4 freezer bags in my box, I can’t keep them, but don’t really know the best way to dispose of them… I wish I could return them to MuscleFood for re-use.”

“Appalling Service, got my order wrong, they offered me a miserly £10 gift voucher, when i told them i was not impressed with their offer, this was then reduced to £5.50”

“I regularly get the chicken breast , great product, great quality at a great price and delivery time , I had an issue with my last order and it was rectified immediately after I contacted them, no problem at all. Great customer service. Overall very happy”

“A bit disappointed that the BYOB £75 box no longer includes delivery since the relaunch of the website. Other than that, as happy as I've been for the entire nine years I've been a customer and would have given five stars. Would love to see some lamb available. Not an enormous fan of steak, but love a good lamb leg steak. Also lamb liver, which is wonderfully nutritious, but not a complaint, would just be nice. Still well pleased with the quality of the products, and the one and only time I had a service issue it was dealt with entirely without quibble or fuss. I think a word with the carrier would be good, since they clearly never read the delivery instructions. Only once have the delivery notes been adhered to by DPD.”

“Great choice of food, great variety, and good quality. The only thing I would recommend is paying more attention when shipping the cooked food because some of the sauces were leaking from the plastic box.”

“i have cancelled my musclefood order for the simple reason that there is not enough in the meals for me.the portions are really small , and, i would need at least 2 of them to be satisfied. however, the food itself is absolutely stuning,amazing flavours and so tasty. it is an awful pity that the portions are not at least 50% larger, if they were i would become a customer regularly.”

“I received my oder of low fat sausages, and gammon joint. Every flavour ordered is delicious. Gammon joint looks great. Delivered according to time scale given. Delivery man John Paul excellent. Will be ordering again.”

“I emailed in and explained the problem I was having with the website and issues I was finding with the new system and all I got was a clearly copy and pasted answer telling me to refresh my browser even tho it wasn’t anything to do with that and never solved the problem”
