This is my 1st order from Musclefood and I don't think I'll ever buy meat from a shop again. Quick delivery, huge portion sizes and superb quality! Highly recommended. I'm a Musclefood convert!!

Muscle food is great. I’ve had the made up hampers and also build your own and I just think it’s great. Lasts me and my family a month even when we get visitors who stay for dinner. We always have enough and the quality of the meat is great. All in all amazing food

Found the steaks to be quite gristly, and the chicken full of water. Only item I would re-order is packs of meatballs, for convenience

Ordered chicken love that we can can choose from different size chicken breast have also ordered sausage before that was great. Just really wish they would get smoked bacon

I wouldn't know as DPD left my parcel outside the front door of a block of flats . So I never received it . Or my money back no reimbursement just tough fck in rip off

This is the 2nd purchase from here, I cannot fault one bit of there meats, they come suctioned packed. Perfect for freezing. The quality is amazing. It's now going to be a monthly buy for me and my fiance. We specifically set aside £75 for this. Thank you

It is impossible to cancel or pause membership. The website is terrible. The only way you can attempt to cancel or pause your membership is by trying to do so via a chat bot (which is never working). I tried to cancel my order but then received an email the next day to say I could not make any changes to my order. Then Musclefood tried to take the money (for the order I had requested to cancel) from my debit card. I have complained twice via the chat function with no reply. I have been unable to change the date of my last delivery (it’s impossible to find where to do this on the website despite the chat bot saying it is simple) it is not clear). Musclefood randomly delivered my last order last week on a Tuesday (I did not request this).

WOW.. bought a meat hamper for my very first order. the chicken breast are fab, they are not pumped with water so dont shrink.. the extra lean steak mince is not mushy, homemade burgers kept their shape, again no shrinkage. turkey thigh mince is full of flavour, yet to try chicken sausages, pulled pork. As a nutrition coach, i can be sure im hitting mydaily protein targets.

Delivery got screwed up, had to re delivery. Meat had slight smell to it. Might of been better getting it from the supermarket in all honesty. They did give me a £5 off my next order, so I might use them again, but I might not.

My food was disposed by courier and MuscleFood didn't seem to even care & just sort of apologised and sent the refund. Not the best way to ensure customers come back after a bd experience.
